Little Birds is situated within a short walk of the shops, pubs and restaurants in St Merryn and only about one mile from several glorious sandy beaches and the spectacular North Cornwall coastal path.  The main roads through the County are within easy reach and after a day of exploration what better than relaxing in the spacious conservatory or enjoying alfresco dining in the garden.

GARDEN & PARKING: Parking for 2-3 cars in the drive. Front garden small lawn with a shrub border, enclosed large rear garden mainly laid to lawn with patio area, garden furniture and table tennis. Shed can be used for storage of bikes, surfboards, wetsuits etc. 

Pets Welcome: Maximum 2; £25 per pet per week.

a most enjoyable stay at Little Birds with all amenities very close with 2 lovely beaches just 2 mins away by car fantastic and superb restaurants and pubs nearby

This property has the potential to be stunning but unfortunately it needs quite a bit of updating. The showers and gardens in particular. We couldn't sit in the garden due to the old and green mossy chairs and tables. Showers were leaking and coming away from the wall. The house is big, airy and bright and has everything you need. You can use the Read moregarage to store your beach things which was great for the boards and boats we took as we didn't have to blow them up each day. For the money we expected more. Hide

Little Birds was the perfect property for our stay. Our dogs loved the huge sunny garden and both settled well in the property. St Merryn was a lovely village with an excellent dog friendly pub/restaurant a short walk away with lovely food and friendly staff. Also a short walk down a path was a huge field we could exercise the dogs. The cottage wasRead more cosy, warm, safe, clean and very well equipped for a self catering holiday. We were greeted with a lovely tea arrangement and delicious cake from the local bakery which we would also recommend. Short drive away from a beautiful dog friendly beach and Padstow village with some lovely shops and places to eat. Would definitely book this property again we had a perfect week. Hide

Our family really enjoyed our visit to Little birds the accommodation was excellent,perfect for the six of us.we enjoyed being in S Merryn with its cafes shops etc. The garden was perfect for the dog and outdoor fun. I would love to see the garden flower beds restored as I am sure they have been amazing. We would definitely consider staying there aRead moregain. Thanks for a great stay and the Fizz. Hide

This is a great location, handy for the village, which has a lot to offer, for food and pubs. The beaches nearby are amazing, and it's nice to have a comfortable base to come back to.

Little Birds was in a good position for all beaches, it was comfortable and warm. We would have liked a walk in shower. Garden and conservatory were a great plus, would recommend for large family as it is very big!

Little Birds is ideally located for exploring the area, with lovely beaches nearby and St Merryn is a great village. Little Birds is a tranquil place to chill out and relax.
