Byre Cottage is a delightful barn conversion enjoying tranquil panoramic countryside views all the way to the sea in the distance. This beautifully converted property has all modern conveniences whilst still maintaining its original character. It offers high ceilings, a charming woodburning stove and a small garden; a perfect base from which to explore the surrounding countryside, coastal paths and the quaint fishing town of Padstow only a mile away. Padstow also has a number of local shops and a supermarket, catering for all day to day needs. The north coast provides some of the most spectacular and rugged coastal scenery in Cornwall as well as superb bathing and surfing beaches. The Camel Trail follows the line of the old railway from Padstow to Bodmin and provides a level path ideal for cycling or walking. Just down the road from Byre Cottage is a handy footpath which leads into Padstow saving the necessity of walking along the road. A passenger ferry from Padstow can take you across the estuary to the waterside resort of Rock. Newquay airport is only a short distance away and provides regular flights to London Gatwick, Glasgow and other UK destinations.

Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3'), chair, low level hanging rail, fixed stair gate, chest of drawers, bedside table, galleried balcony to the lounge area.
GARDEN & PARKING: Parking for 2 cars, patio area to front, large lawned area to rear, garden furniture. The field outside the patio doors can be used when there are no livestock grazing.
Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Pets Welcome: £25 per pet per week.
Power and Heat: Gas and electricity included in rent; gas fired c.h./hot water, woodburning stove lounge.
Bedding and Linen: Pillows & duvets included; bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels).
Baby Equipment: Travel cot, stair gate at the top of the stairs, other equipment not provided but can be hired.
