The Willows is a detached bungalow in an ideal location from which to tour North Devon as there is easy access to the areas many attractions and glorious beaches. The main living room and kitchen/breakfast room both enjoy patio doors, which open out onto an enclosed private rear lawned garden. Two bedrooms are served by a separate family bathroom. The garage is available providing storage for golf clubs, walking boots or beach equipment. Walking access into South Molton town centre with excellent shopping facilities, several restaurants and popular tearooms. Exmoor National Park is just less than five miles away with an abundance of walks to choose from at every level.  The Willows is a really comfortable and popular home from home, conveniently located for exploring this lovely area.

Accommodation: Bright open plan lounge, dining area with large kitchen, smart TV, DVD, CD player, kitchen with electric hob, double oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer.  Bedroom 1 with King, Bedroom 2 with Twin. Bathroom with bath and fitted shower over the bath, WC and basin. Wet room off the hall, with WC and basin. 

Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. Gas CH. Wi-Fi Broadband. No smoking. No cot or highchair provided, please bring your own travel cot and highchair. 1 pet welcome.  Garage. Private parking on driveway plus additional roadside parking. Enclosed garden. Short breaks available. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday.

Good sized accommodation. Plenty of crockery pans etc. Good amenities in the town panier market is worth a visit.central for visiting the area, Hope to book for next year.

A lovely bungalow in a good location at a reasonable price with good off road parking. What more can you ask for? The property has been updated since our last visit and the owners have done a very good job. If we decide to come back to this area this would be our first choice of where to stay.

South Molton is the ideal place to stay if you want to explore North Devon. The Willows is a charming property in a quiet residential area and just a short walk to the town centre. website photos confusing / out of date. No drop kerb to new driveway - 4-5 inch step -okay if you have a Land Rover, but we do not. No sun umbrella. As a general point with the weather warming up, can you ask your clients, to consider providing an electric desk or pedestal fan in their property.
