A delightful mews cottage, which was originally the stables of the 18th Century house, in an idyllic, prestigious central location in Royal Tunbridge Wells with private parking, and access to four acres of well tended grounds scattered with mature trees. Located only half a mile from the cottage is the Spa Hotel, which has a pool and gym available for guests use at a small charge. The Tunbridge Wells Golf Club is within a mile of the property. A comfortable cottage with good facilities. Parking was good. Lounge was a bit cold at times - no double glazing and front door really needs replacing or curtain provided. Overall very acceptable and would stay again (in warm weather).

A lovely property ideally situated for the many National Trust and other like properties and gardens most of which were within a 40 minute drive at worst.

The cottage is reasonably comfortable with plenty of kitchen equipment.
