Carnevas Farmhouse dates back to the 1800s and is Grade II listed.  It sits prominently and proudly in the landscape and boasts many original features - such as moulded plaster cornices and plasterwork and a beautiful staircase with a wrought iron balustrade which is lit by a stunning feature window complete with hand painted glass depicting a farmyard scene. The farmhouse is adjacent to Carnevas Holiday Park which offers on site facilities during the holiday season including a shop and bar, which serves meals.  Porthcothan beach is just over 0.5 mile away by road, for a quieter and more scenic route, take the permissive path across farmland which links up with the South West Coastal Path.

Bedroom 1: Super Kingsize (6' - can be unlinked to form 2' twins if requested at the time of booking), bedside units, wardrobe, chest of drawers.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3') (can be linked to form 1 x Super Kingsize 6' if requested at the time of booking), bedside units, chair, dressing table, wardrobe.
Bathroom: Bath, separate thermostatic shower, basin, w.c.

GARDEN & PARKING: Parking for 4 cars comfortably on the drive. Enclosed garden with garden furniture.

Pet Welcome: Maximum 3 (medium size) £35 per week.

A fabulous home in a great position. A lovely enclosed area for the dogs. Lots of space and beautifully decorated for Xmas with a wide variety of equipment for a great stay

Been here several times since 2019, always have a really enjoyable, relaxing time. Easy to get about and visit places both locally and further afield. Hosts are always very helpful and friendly.

Fantastic place. Absolutely loved it. The improvements aren't really necessary as we coped. Owner great very helpful. If you want a beautiful 18th century property in great location, peaceful and quiet come here. Walking distance to porthcothan beach and coastal path to Treyarnon then come here. Outstanding....

From the moment we arrived we felt at ease and comfortable. The House is stunning and the secure garden was superb for the dogs. Everything was clean and tidy. This is the best holiday home we have ever rented. Warm, comfortable, fully fitted with every single item you could actually require. There was nothing that we needed that wasnt there. The house was beautifully decorated for Xmas and little added extras provided fabulous. We had 3 dogs with us and they were delighted with the wonderful enclosed garRead moreden and the hamper of treats. The bedding was crisp and spotless and the towels plentiful and fluffy.. and what a shower will definitely be back. Tom, Clare and Mike are so helpful. Hide

A lovely house, very spacious and comfortable. Our dogs enjoyed the good sized secure garden. The area is fabulous with many sandy beaches a short distance away. Most were dog friendly. Very quiet and peaceful. Hope to return in the future.

Cant fault this accommodation, spotlessly clean & had everything we needed. Tom & Clare were at hand if we needed them for anything. Sky TV, sports & movies were a bonus. Wi-Fi wasnt too bad, a bit hit & miss. Towels & bedding were also provided. Very peaceful location & a short walk down to the beach. The camp next door had a takeaway, shop & clubRead more. You will need a car to explore the surrounding areas but there is a bus that runs every hour that you can use. We spent a lovely three weeks there & will definitely return again. Hide
