It sits prominently and proudly in the landscape and boasts many original features - such as moulded plaster cornices and plasterwork and a beautiful staircase with a wrought iron balustrade which is lit by a stunning feature window complete with hand painted glass depicting a farmyard scene. The farmhouse is adjacent to Carnevas Holiday Park which offers on site facilities during the holiday season including a shop and bar, which serves meals. Porthcothan beach is just over 0.5 mile away by road, for a quieter and more scenic route, take the permissive path across farmland which links up with the South West Coastal Path.
