Situated in the landscaped grounds of the owner's home, this delightfully renovated barn is 2 miles north of Churchstoke and 6 miles east of the old county town of Montgomery.
Cwmdulla Barn has a wealth of exposed timbers and other original features. WiFi is available and the cottage benefits from oil-fired central heating. The cottage is approached via a path and flight of 5 steps with handrail. Although single storey, there are some changes of level, with a step down from kitchen to bedroom, as step up to the sleeping area and two steps of differing heights in the bathroom.

Local pub 0.75 mile away and the Roundton Hill Nature Reserve and Iron-Age Hill Fort site, 1 mile. Newtown and Welshpool are each about 20 minutes' drive, Shrewsbury and Ludlow, 30 minutes. Welshpool for leisure centre, Powis Castle (NT) and Welshpool-Llanfair Caereinion Light Railway.
