Stunning split level property in Saundersfoot village, just a 200 metres walk to the super sandy beach, assortment of shops and a working harbour. There is a lively atmosphere in the Summer months with events planned all year round, leading right up to the New Year, and the famous New Years Day Swim. This unique property has a large conservatory with modern bi fold doors, that open to provide a superior living space. Perfect for when you want to enjoy the gorgeous summer nights of Saundersfoot. An amazing property with views across Saundersfoot to the sea, with a hot tub on the decking and a small gym! Perfect for large families and groups looking to get away to a property that has it all. 
Option to hire the Annex to sleep an extra 2 people and allow 14 guests as an additional extra. Please see pictures 40 through to 50 for pictures of the optional Annex. Please inform us at time of booking should you wish to use the Annex.

Wonderful stay in Cascade. Plenty of room to have quiet moments and spacious enough for the large get togethers at mealtimes. The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Cascade is a wonderful setting for a large family gathering. The location is perfect, set in a sunny elevated position with views over Saundersfoot but just a short stroll from the seafront, shops and restaurants. We found the house to be immaculately clean, spacious and stylish, well-equipped to a high standard, and very comfortable. We had a fantastic stay at Cascade house. It had everything you would want for a group. Was great to have loads of glasses and plates etc for our group. We had a fantastic stay celebrating a 30th birthday. The cottage was clean and tidy, the location is amazing and toys, books and games were supplied to keep the children entertained. We will be back.

Without doubt a very lovely holiday home for a large family. My wife & I brought our entire family - our children and their spouses and children, 10 of us in total - and we all had a great time! The hot tub was enjoyed by all, whilst our grandchildren relished using the TVs for their handheld games, and we all loved the space available throughout Read morethe property. Equally good was the location - just a couple of minutes down to the excellent beach, and charming village, with Tenby a short bus ride away on the open top Coaster. My wife and I have holidayed in Tenby on a good few occasions and loved it, but in all our collective views, Saundersfoot was the better location for families with children. As this was the third year running that our multi-generational family stayed at Cascade probably says it all. The house and facilities are beautiful with a well stocked kitchen and great dining area plus large lounge. So many extras - utility room, sun/quiet room, cinema room and gym though we were too busy or relaxed to use the latter. The outsideRead more facilities are excellent with a pleasant garden, large decking area with nice furniture, a big gas BBQ and a hot tub which was a big favourite with everyone. Brilliant place to spend your holiday. Close to the beach and centre of Saundersfoot. Wouldn't stop anywhere else as Cascade has everything you need.

We had a brilliant long weekend at Cascade. It's the perfect place for a group trip. Private but central location, spacious, comfortable, and very well-equipped. We'll be back!

This house is a brilliant family getaway. 5 great bedrooms and a great layout for families. The hot tub is great and the location to central Saundersfoot could not be better - a literal 2 minute walk to the beach and shops! The house is really well equipped with smart TVs and very comfortable beds.

Cascade is an absolutely stunning property. Everything is high spec. The house had everything we needed. Beds were all luxurious and super comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped, and recycling instructions were clear. Hot tub was amazing and used by everyone. Views from the property were perfect, and we enjoyed watching the sunrise each morning. The property was in a very convenient location, very well equipped for every need. We were a mixed age family and found plenty of space to spread out when necessary. The cottage was very clean and homely and we were very lucky with the weather, although not able to make full use of hot-tub and sauna.

This is our second time of staying at this property which is ideal for a large group (we were three generations of one family). It suited all our needs in terms of space, furnishings and facilities and was in an amazing location.

A fantastic and beautiful venue for three generations. This is our second year running for the May half-term. All the facilities we needed plus just 5 minute's walk to a great beach. We had a wonderful holiday. Our only regret is that we were not able to book it for the same week next year as the week was already taken.
