This delightful, cosy bungalow is located in a quiet close only a 2 minute walk from the facilities on St Merryn Park, which include a sports bar, bar serving food, shop, tennis courts and children's play area (seasonal opening times may apply to all facilities) and which is only two miles from the beach; one of a number along this stretch of coast much loved by families and surfers alike; surfing equipment is available to buy or hire in the village of St Merryn.  When you come home in the evening from the many wonderful attractions this area of Cornwall has to offer, you are within easy walking distance of the nearby Seven Bays Park and also, across the road, Atlantic Bays at both of which you will be welcome for a drink or a meal.  The picturesque town of Padstow having shops, restaurants and galleries is just three miles.  Bikes may be hired in Padstow to allow you to explore the Camel estuary, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, by following the off-road route of the old railway line between Padstow and Bodmin.  However, even closer to home, the village of St Merryn has pubs, restaurants, takeaways and food stores so your everyday needs are catered for within a mile or so.  Trevelgue is right next door to Lanngorrow on St Merryn Park so if your extended family likes to come away together but don't enjoy all staying in the same property this is the ideal arrangement.

GARDEN & PARKING: Driveway with parking for one car.  Otherwise there is no problem parking in the road. The enclosed garden is laid to lawn with patio and patio furniture.

Other than that it was really nice and we were able to get where we wanted pretty easily..particularly loved going to Harlyn beach early morning with my dogs

Beautiful cottage which was very spacious, cosy and fully equipped. Garden was a decent size and fully enclosed (perfect for our 2 dogs) with a nice little patio area, seating and a BBQ for relaxing after a day at one of the many beaches nearby. Cottage itself was tucked away in a little cul-de-sac which made it even more private, with a drivewayRead more for our car to be parked. The park itself where it is situated on is also very clean, friendly, with a restaurant and bar and various entertainment of the evening. Location is ideal as it was a short drive into all our favourite spots in Cornwall, such as Padstow, Port Isaac, Newquay and Perranporth. 7 nearby bays are also in close proximity. Harlyn Bay being our favourite, and only 8 minutes away in the car. Beautiful hidden gem with a lovely beach bar. This cottage had all we needed and more. They even had a variety of games and books etc for families to use. We would certainly book this cottage again and would recommend to family and friends without a doubt. Fantastic location for all the beaches and towns around , very quiet there is a shop , chips shop , petrol station and Chinese just down the road . Little shop on site too .

Great experience all around. The property was modern and very comfortable. It was situated near several local beaches.
