Southwold Pier Area - It is often said that nothing changes in Southwold. However, the much-acclaimed pier was rebuilt in 2001 and was the first to be constructed in England in over fifty years. It now fits in well with the painted beach huts, promenade and colourful flowerbeds. There is a shop, cafes and an alternative amusement arcade there. The selection of properties' hereabouts makes it an ideal location to stay in Southwold if you require quiet accommodation that is also close to the beach, town centre and the many footpaths across the marshes leading you to the less explored areas of the town

A comfortable, clean place with excellent views and great location. Our first visit to Southwold which had left us feeling the need to be back. The flat decor has been chosen tastefully showing artistic expressions of this seaside haven. A small map of the town could improve the first days of new comers but we discovered the town easily the hill aRead morelong the promenade and wandered adventurously back using the backstreets. A wifi connection will definitely entice a longer stay next time. Otherwise, generally a great place to be and will certainly recommend. Hide

We have just returned from sea view after 4 lovely nights at the property. It was like home from home. Perfect location, lovely apartment and of course we were lucky enough to have had great weather. Would defo stay there again

Lovely positioned, comfortable, peaceful apartment. We love it here. Bring your own toilet rolls as strangely these are not supplied! The letting agents don't answer emails so not sure what happens if there's a problem. Seems a bit hit and miss on whether you get a welcome pack, we did last time but sadly not this time, shame as its good quality Read moreproduce. But wouldn't put us off staying again. Hide

Great location and access by keysafe. Parking space in front of the garage. Sea views from most windows. This is the first time I've stayed in a holiday cottage and never had a welcome pack with a few essentials. It would've been nice to have a little tea/coffee/milk etc. Only 1 toilet roll was left for us. No WiFi (which is advertised), but wRead moree couldn't even get an Internet signal at all unless we stood right in the bay window facing the pier. Shame that there were no games, books etc. Would probably return if we visited Southwold again. Hide

Brilliant location for the beach and pier. Short walk to the town. Amazing views from the flat. Excellent 5G network so no WiFi not a problem. Would definitely stay again.

A nice property, very clean and well equipped in a nice area adjacent to the Pier. Not to far from the centre of Southwold. Easy parking at the property which is nice. Negatives were no welcome pack, only 1 toilet roll, no books or board games. Would recommend though.

A lovely apartment that felt very homely and you couldn't get any closer to the pier! Everything supplied except for toilet rolls so be sure to take your own (unless that was an oversight by the cleaners on this occasion).
