Castle Green Cottage is located within 20 meters of the water's edge and very near to the harbour mouth in Polruan. The property has superb views over the main part of the harbour and across to the larger town of Fowey, which can be reached by regular passenger ferry from the quay. Castle Green Cottage is a contemporary harbourside cottage which has been well furnished to provide the perfect holiday base. During the cooler months you can cosy up in front of the woodburner and enjoy the super views over the harbour. The rear courtyard garden provides a lovely space for sitting out during the day. Accessibility may not be suitable for the less mobile.

GARDEN & PARKING: Courtyard and terraced garden to the rear, with raised patio area and summerhouse enjoying views of the Estuary. No parking but there is a car park approximately 400 meters away, unloading is possible within 75 meters.  This property welcomes 2 pets who must be supervised in the garden.

Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent, woodburner lounge.

What a wonderful week we had staying at Castle Green! It was the most relaxing holiday we have had in a long time. Well equipped, cozy and fabulous views! Parking the car away from the house is fine when you have worked out where everything is and how to manage. But its not too difficult. Easy to get across to Fowey on the passenger ferry (which doRead moreesnt seem to stop for much!). It was a wet week but made no difference at all. Hide

A great property. Clean, comfy, well equipped. Nice views of the estuary. Park your car up for the duration of your stay, enjoy Polruan and take the ferry to Fowey.

This is our 5th visit to Castle Green Cottage which speaks volumes for itself. Location is great and the views are special. Cottage is well equipped and aside from some minor improvements nothing needs changing.

Very comfy and well located cottage with fantastic views. We expected the need to carry stuff a distance from the car but knowing that in advance prepared us for a wonderful few days in a lovely cosy cottage

Castle Green Cottage is a clean and comfortable cottage, with absolutely stunning views. We found it ideal for walking the coastal path to Polperro and around the beautiful Fowey estuary. Polruan village was really interesting with a great pub (The Lugger ) and a really friendly local shop and a good passenger service to Fowey.

Breathtaking views of the estuary in a fantastic position. Great outside space and summerhouse. The cottage is well equipped with everything you need. Highly recommended.

Perfect position, with stunning views. A little tired, but we would return purely for the stunning views from property.
