With countryside views and located in a quiet corner with a sunny aspect Bay Tree Cottage is an attractive modern cottage-style property finished to a high standard and only a short walk to town. This delightful cottage has everything you need for a comfortable stay, it has a decked area so you can sit and soak up the sun with a morning coffee before setting off for the day.  It is only a 10 minute walk to the picturesque harbour where you can enjoy the many restaurants, cafes and pubs, take a boat trip, browse the shops and galleries or just soak up the atmosphere. We have two private parking spaces at the cottage so you can leave the car behind and enjoy Padstow’s beaches, pop over to Rock across the estuary on the foot ferry, surf or take part in other watersports, walk the South West coast path or cycle the Camel Trail toward Wadebridge and beyond. Within a few miles drive you can visit the rugged coastline, sweeping sandy beaches, quiet coves and fabulous walks.  After a busy day you can relax on the sunny deck with a drink and just enjoy the view. So much to see and do, we hope you will want to come back!

Lounge/Diner: Smart TV with Netflix, DVD player, Bluetooth speaker, digital radio, selection of DVD’s, books and games and countryside views.
Kitchen: Built in electric oven and electric hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave.
Extra storage room: Washing machine, tumble dryer, shoe rack, coat hooks and radiator. 

FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: King Size bed (5'), Smart TV, built in wardrobe with shelving, hair dryer, clock radio, estuary and countryside views.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3'), built in wardrobe with shelving, hair dryer, clock radio and countryside views.
Bathroom: Bath, electric shower over head, basin, w.c.

GARDEN & PARKING: Small garden with countryside views, decked patio area with garden furniture. Off road parking for 2 cars.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.

Power and Heat: Gas and electricity included in rent. Flame effect electric fire in lounge, gas c.h/hot water, electric heated towel rail bathroom.
Bedding and Linen: Pillows & duvets included; bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels).
Baby Equipment: Not provided but can be hired - see hire page.
Shop: 250 yards Pub: 0.6 mls.

Bay Tree Cottage was a home away from home. It was cosy, cute and equipped with everything you might need. Tesco was a short drive away or a 10min walk. Walking distance to Padstow but it is quite steep for those that cant do it.

Perfect holiday accommodation in an ideal location. Bay tree cottage was exceptionally clean and so comfortable with high quality fittings and furniture, all really thoughtfully done. We've just returned from a week's stay at Bay Tree Cottage and would definitely return should we visit the area again. The location of the property is perfect and a great base to explore. It's a short stroll into Padstow and we also enjoyed the coastal path to Harbour Cove beach (our favourite in the area). We appreciated the peace and quiet of Read morethe location, and loved sitting on the deck in the early evening sunshine. The cottage itself is so well equipped and one of the best self catering properties we have stayed in. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it, please do book and we reassure you...you won't be disappointed! Hide

Super little holiday home in a perfect location. Home from home comforts with everything we needed for a fab holiday. We were lucky with the weather so we were able to take advantage of the patio and peaceful surroundings. Inside the property was clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay at Bay Tree Cottage. The cottage was clean, well equipped, tastefully furnished and well located, with Padstow a short walk away. The west facing decking area outside was lovely for alfresco dining and boasted wonderful hillside views. We highly recommend this cottage and will be visiting again soon.

We had a wonderful week at Baytree Cottage in August 23. It was incredibly clean, everything was like new. Great location, close to Padstow harbour and to a local Tesco supermarket. There are lovely views looking out of each window. Great to have a washing machine and tumble drier too, especially after a day at the beach and having lots of towelsRead more to wash and dry. All of the beds and pillows were very comfortable, as was the lounge furniture. My 2 children were particularly happy to discover a toy cupboard with games, puzzles and books. We will definitely be returning and have recommended to our friends that visit Padstow every year. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay. Hide

Very clean and home from home . I was very impressed with the facilities in the whole cottage especially the kitchen ! We as a family struggle to eat out all the time due to dietary needs of a family member but to be able to cook a whole dinner from scratch with everything item of cook wear I could need was a massive added bonus!!!
