With countryside views and located in a quiet corner with a sunny aspect Bay Tree Cottage is an attractive modern cottage-style property finished to a high standard and only a short walk to town. This delightful cottage has everything you need for a comfortable stay, it has a decked area so you can sit and soak up the sun with a morning coffee before setting off for the day.  It is only a 10 minute walk to the picturesque harbour where you can enjoy the many restaurants, cafes and pubs, take a boat trip, browse the shops and galleries or just soak up the atmosphere. We have two private parking spaces at the cottage so you can leave the car behind and enjoy Padstow’s beaches, pop over to Rock across the estuary on the foot ferry, surf or take part in other watersports, walk the South West coast path or cycle the Camel Trail toward Wadebridge and beyond. Within a few miles drive you can visit the rugged coastline, sweeping sandy beaches, quiet coves and fabulous walks.  After a busy day you can relax on the sunny deck with a drink and just enjoy the view. So much to see and do, we hope you will want to come back!

GROUND FLOOR:
Lounge/Diner: Smart TV with Netflix, DVD player, Bluetooth speaker, digital radio, selection of DVD’s, books and games and countryside views.
Kitchen: Built in electric oven and electric hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave.
Extra storage room: Washing machine, tumble dryer, shoe rack, coat hooks and radiator. 

FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: King Size bed (5'), Smart TV, built in wardrobe with shelving, hair dryer, clock radio, estuary and countryside views.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3'), built in wardrobe with shelving, hair dryer, clock radio and countryside views.
Bathroom: Bath, electric shower over head, basin, w.c.

GARDEN & PARKING: Small garden with countryside views, decked patio area with garden furniture. Off road parking for 2 cars.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.

Power and Heat: Gas and electricity included in rent. Flame effect electric fire in lounge, gas c.h/hot water, electric heated towel rail bathroom.
Bedding and Linen: Pillows & duvets included; bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels).
Baby Equipment: Not provided but can be hired.
Shop: 250 yards Pub: 0.6 mls.

NOTES: no pets, no smoking, no short breaks. WiFi provided. Infants welcome, maximum 4 guests inc. infants only. Mobile reception varies.

Comfortable, quiet cottage with lovely views. Spotless and clean, excellent quality bedding and towels. Appliances easy to use. Visitor information helpful. Steep descent and ascent into Padstow but you can take the car into Padstow in the evening for a meal and park in the harbour car park. 3 charge for two hours.

Brilliant location both for the town and the Camel trail. Cottage equipped to highest standard which ensured a very relaxing holiday. Liked the extra space of the utility room to put walking boots etc.

This is a perfect cottage very well placed to explore Padstow and the surrounding area. It was beautifully clean and very well equipped for eating in. We had a delightful stay and very likely will return

Bay Tree Cottage was a home away from home. It was cosy, cute and equipped with everything you might need. Tesco was a short drive away or a 10min walk. Walking distance to Padstow but it is quite steep for those that cant do it.

Perfect holiday accommodation in an ideal location. Bay tree cottage was exceptionally clean and so comfortable with high quality fittings and furniture, all really thoughtfully done. We loved the parking spaces, the fact that it was only 10 mins walk into town, the decked outdoors area, the view of the estuary and fields from upstairs, the peace aRead morend quiet and the fact that, as an end property in an elevated position, it was not overlooked and felt spacious. We've just returned from a week's stay at Bay Tree Cottage and would definitely return should we visit the area again. The location of the property is perfect and a great base to explore. It's a short stroll into Padstow and we also enjoyed the coastal path to Harbour Cove beach (our favourite in the area). We appreciated the peace and quiet of Read morethe location, and loved sitting on the deck in the early evening sunshine. The cottage itself is so well equipped and one of the best self catering properties we have stayed in. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it, please do book and we reassure you...you won't be disappointed! Hide

Bay Tree Cottage is perfect in every way, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The attention to detail is superb, all fixtures and fitting are superb quality and a feel to ot that is very much home from home.

Top quality accommodation, appliances and furnishings. Great location close to Padstow. We hope to be back next year.
