If you are looking for a pretty, traditional stone cottage, look no further than this lovely, well-equipped cottage. Set in a quiet location next to the owner's organic farm, the property offers plenty of peace and quiet and yet is just 20 minutes walk to the centre of the bustling market town of Pickering.  Open plan downstairs, the cottage has some lovely character features. Outside is a carport and plenty of parking, with a garden and patio furniture.

The cottage has a large, enclosed private garden with patio furniture where you can relax to the sound of birdsong.

Pickering is a popular town, best known for its steam railway which takes passengers through the North York Moors National Park and Heartbeat Country. The coast, including the old port of Whitby and resort of Scarborough are within easy reach, as is the historic city of York.

For a booking at Christmas we will supply a real decorated tree and cottage with bling! Also a home made organic Christmas pudding.

A really lovely stay in a great location. Would happily return again in future. The cottage was comfortable and had what we needed for a week. The home made scones and jam were delicious. In the summer months, be prepared to be woken early as the curtains dont keep out any light. This could be a potential issue for those staying with children.
