A fabulous holiday home in Southwold with the beach on the doorstep. Close to shops, cafes and pubs with private parking and lovely courtyard garden.

Wee House is a great little beachside bolthole which has undergone recent renovations. Interiors are stylish and finished to a high standard, beautifully presented throughout with two bedrooms for four guests. The open plan living area is spacious and bright with leather sofas and wide bifold doors opening onto the private, walled courtyard garden. The living area incorporates a great kitchen with all the appliances you need for your self catering holiday including a dishwasher, washer dryer and a Nespresso coffee machine. Upstairs you’ll find two bedrooms, a king-size and a twin and one of the two shower rooms. 

A delightful Southwold holiday cottage - perfect for families and friends planning a seaside holiday on the Suffolk coast - a good option whatever the season. This traditional seaside town is famous for its iconic lighthouse, pier and pretty beach huts. The food is something special too, dine out on some of the freshest seafood around… just switch off your phone, kick off your shoes and relax. 

Shop: 100 yards. Pub: 200 yards. Beach on the doorstep!

Why we love this property... the bifold doors onto the courtyard garden are perfect. Simply relax with an aperitif after a day on the beach while you make plans for dinner!

Southwold Pier Area - It is often said that nothing changes in Southwold. However, the much-acclaimed pier was rebuilt in 2001 and was the first to be constructed in England in over 50 years. It now fits in well with the painted beach huts, promenade and colourful flowerbeds. There is a shop, cafes and an alternative amusement arcade there. The selection of properties' hereabouts makes it an ideal location to stay in Southwold if you require quiet accommodation that is also close to the beach, town centre and the many footpaths across the marshes leading you to the less explored areas of the town.

A gem of a cottage. So much is packed into a small space. The furniture is very good quality and is very comfortable. Despite being surrounded by other buildings the cottage is very light and airy. Shower rooms are superb. We only used the upstairs one but the downstairs one is the same quality. Being a few steps of the sea front is fantastic. HaviRead moreng parking is a real advantage in Southwold and it was the deciding factor for us in choosing the cottage. Worth noting though that it is best to reverse in and it is quite narrow with a dog leg. I needed my friend to guide me but got used to it. Would certainly recommend this cottage and hope to stay again. Hide

This property was a real find, ideally situated for the beach and high street and so comfortable and welcoming. The kitchen was well equipped and had modern appliances, the two shower rooms were excellent, and again both had modern fixtures and fittings. What can we say! The Wee House not wee but lovely inside. Owners spent time and money on getting house to a great spec! Situated in great place for pubs, centre of town and close to beach. Will hopefully stay there again.

The Wee House has everything you could want for a holiday home. A great modern open living area downstairs including the fully equipped kitchen. Bi-folding doors open out to a courtyard with a garden table and chairs. There is a downstairs shower room with toilet and hand basin. Upstairs there are two bedrooms. There is a comfy king size bed in tRead morehe larger room with plenty of wardrobe space and good lighting. The second bedroom is a smaller twin however it also has good hanging space. The main shower room is situated between both bedrooms and feels quite luxurious. A lovely house and will definitely return. Hide

The property is in an ideal location for beach, shops and restaurants. The property was very well equipped with all modern appliances you could not wish for more. The parking space was an absolute bonus and the Welcome Pack was an unexpected delicious treat.
