The cottage was a lovely place to stay, comfortable, clean and spacious. Beautiful views, close to all the amenities, beach and village. Would definitely come here again, a must view.

Very nice property. Well maintained and comfortable. Balcony was a plus and had great views. Parking was easy with space right outside the front door. Location is good except that the walk back up from Abersoch centtre, or the beach, is steeper and longer than it would appear from the description. The hours of check-in and check-out are frankly unaRead morecceptable. You cannot check in before 17.00hrs, and have to check out by 09.00hrs !!! It means that your 7-day stay effectively becomes a 6-day stay. This might not be the owners' fault. I booked through 'Holiday Cottages' last year, in Keswick, and found the same problem. There would appear to be no justification for this. The company should be addressing this. Hide

We loved our stay and the house was just perfect. It was really well equipped and we really enjoyed the upside down layout with the wrap around balcony.

The house was lovely and spacious, clean and warm. The views are beautiful and the wrap around balcony is a gorgeous addition to this property - perfect for watching the sunrise/sunset with a coffee. The bedrooms are bright and airy and the bedding was lovely and soft. The double beds were a little on the small side, so we struggled with space wheRead moren sleeping, but I think thats because we are used to king size. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need for a holiday. There is a lovely garden outside which is great for kids to run around. The village is a short walk (10 mins) on foot but worth noting that there arent pavements to walk on the entire way so its not entirely suitable for young children, and the uphill walk back wouldnt be suitable for the elderly. There is a shop 5 minutes walk from the house and the beach is only 10/15 minutes walk. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this property and would happily return. Hide

We stayed in 4 Ynys Fawr for a week, the location is fab (only a 10-15 mins walk into town) and the terrace and balcony views are stunning. Plenty of space for parking and hanging swim kit outside as well. Was very comfy in the evenings and well equipped for cooking. The host replied quicky to any questions we had. Would highly recommend for anyoneRead more holidaying in Abersoch. Hide

Myself and my husband stayed first 2 weeks sept 2024 This is a fanstic house in a wonderful location with arguably one of the best views in Abersoch ! Large and light filled accommodation Superbly equipped Tasteful decor and comfortable throughout Spotlessly clean on arrival. Outside space is equally impressive The huge wrap around upper glasRead mores fronted terrace (balcony does not do it justice) is to die for with sea views taking in the Cardigan bay coastline and well furnished The stunning new downstairs patio leading from the 2 gorgeous double bedrooms onto a well maintained lawned area also has glimpses of the sea and is a real sun trap . Easy walk into the village and back for us If you are staying with kids and have beach equipment drive down and park on beach car parks might be easier Honestly almost want to keep this a secret so we can stay whenever we want After a stressful year was just the tonic needed Spoke with the owner who resolved a non fault problem immediately and made her promise that we would have first refusal if the property was to come on the market. So hoping that health and finances allowing we will be returning to this wonderful home . Having travelled worldwide extensively to crie on leaving says it all !!! FANTASTIC Hide
