Ufford is a favoured rural village. Famed for its medieval church with rare font cover, Ufford also has two excellent pubs, The Crown gastro-pub and The White Lion, community pub of the year 2012. The Ufford Park Hotel has a well-regarded golf-course and excellent spa. The village is surrounded by a network of footpaths and gives easy access to National Cycle Route 1 and Regional Cycle Route 41; indeed quiet cycle routes to Snape, Iken, Orford and the world renowned Sutton Hoo are a delight. The lovely riverside market town of Woodbridge is 3 miles away with its wealth of independent shops, cafes and restaurants and many other tourist attractions.
