Surrounded by beautiful countryside walks within an AONB and only a fifteen minute drive from the sea at West Bay, Dorset's Jurassic Coast - Spinners Hatch is ideally situated for most holiday pursuits. This 17th Century Grade II Listed cottage is steeped in history, and was once a storehouse for the local Mills.

Now a charming character cottage with exposed beams and wood burning stove, Spinners Hatch has everything you will need for a comfortable and cosy stay and all within just a two minute walk to the market square in Beaminster.

Within 15 minutes drive you can explore the Jurassic Coastline and the beaches at West Bay - famous as the location for 'Broadchurch'. The nearby market town of Bridport offers a wider selection of shops, eateries and bars and is home to a museum, arts centre and The Electric Palace - a well known local venue for bands and comedians.

Children under 5 years old are not accepted.

Please note on entry there are 3 steps down with slightly reduced head height

What a wonderful place to stay, warm and inviting right from the start, like always because we have a dog we bring covers for the furniture because even the best behaved doggies try it on occasionally to rest their weary paws in comfort. A return visit to this fantastic cottage. Really enjoyed our stay, the cottage is so comfortable and cosy. Had really good weather and was able to carry out a number of local walks around Beaminister and beyond, all from the doorstep of the cottage. Very nice cottage with lots of charm in a great location , albeit on a fairly busy road. Good parking too, very handy. Beautiful part of Dorset well worth exploring

We had a lovely week staying in this characterful cottage in pretty Beaminster. Very clean and especially comfortable beds! The area is stunning with rolling countryside and dramatic beaches.

The cottage is in an ideal position for visiting Beaminster, close to everything you may need. Clean comfortable and well equipped. Would certainly enjoy staying there again when visiting old friends and neighbours.

Lovely well equipped cottage in a lovely town with all amenities....shop,pubs,restaurants. Close to some nice walks and not far from the coast...West bay,Charmouth and Lyme Regis. Wouldn't hesitate to return.
