Stunning sea views await you at Hillcrest – a detached house sleeping twelve people and two dogs which is located on a hillside above the village of Mortehoe. Laid out as apartments on each of the three floors, the house can be rented as a whole. On the ground floor there is a lovely open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with a woodburning stove, amazing views and plenty of comfy seats for the whole party. There are three bedrooms on this floor as well as a bathroom and separate toilet. The first floor has a second lounge/diner and an adjoining small kitchen. There are also two more bedrooms and a shower room on this floor.  The top floor has a delightful double bedroom, an additional sitting room that has a kitchen area with stunning sea views. With terraced hillside gardens to the side including a raised patio and a further large patio area on the ground level, the external areas take advantage of the position of the house and provide a wonderful outdoor space for alfresco dining and taking in the spectacular view. Within walking distance are three pubs, a village shop and a restaurant. A small secluded bay with good rock pools is a good way to describe Mortehoe. The sandy rocky beach comprises of the perfect combination for some fabulous hidden rock pools teaming with creatures waiting to be discovered.

Hill Crest was a lovely house with beautiful views. The property was spacious and very comfortable. There was everything we needed at the property. As we were a large family the three levels meant we did not feel on top of each other. Beautiful location in Mortehoe with amazing views all day ! Perfect location for Woolacoombe and the coast - you soon get used to walking the hill!
