It is nestled within the Suffolk Coast & Heaths AONB and provides stunning landscapes, perfect for walking and cycling. Woodbridge is the closest town (7 miles) with all the amenities you could need, as well as a fantastic thoroughfare with independent shops and eateries. The nearby sailing village of Orford (4.5 miles) is a must visit during your stay, where you can explore Orford Castle, a well-preserved medieval fortress, take a boat trip over to Orford Ness or try the delicious seafood from Butley Oysterage. The Suffolk coast, with its unspoiled beaches and quaint seaside towns like Aldeburgh and Thorpeness, is also within easy reach, (both within 12 miles) offering a mix of cultural and outdoor activities. Wonderful venue, very clean, beautiful designed and in perfect location for things to do and wonderful forest walks. Ok for 6 people but probably a bit tight in living space for 8 people. Had absolutely everything you needed. Little welcome touch by the owner was lovely

We enjoyed our stay at the Pottery Barn. However it is sold as a four bedroom, three bathroom property, but the two double bedrooms downstairs are really, really tiny and so this is rather misleading. The space is too confined for eight people and there is very little storage. The shower room downstairs leaked badly and requires upgrading and thRead moree other bathrooms are rather tired. The kitchen equipment is good and apart from there only being six mugs for eight people, the crockery etc was also good. Hide

Cottage is comfortable, well-situated and has a good amount of space for a party of eight. Everything we needed was in the kitchen.
