Trevalley is a delightfully bright and characterful house in a lovely coastal setting, sitting high above Trebarwith Strand beach with spectacular views across the valley and out to sea. A short drive will find you at the popular Atlantic Ocean surfing beaches of Polzeath and Widemouth Bay, helping keen surfers, walkers or bird watchers get the most out of their stay. This spacious welcoming self-catering holiday home from home has a comfortable sitting room with wood burning stove. The attractive country kitchen/dining room with lovely painted beams leads to a sunny conservatory with the most stunning views. The stylish master bedroom has wonderful valley and sea views. Stairs lead down to the pretty twin room and single room, all served by a wood panelled family bathroom. A further living area, accessed internally through the twin room or own front door, provides a second twin bedroom with the benefit of an ensuite shower room and galley kitchen. This extra space is ideal for a family of six or seven, or for two groups holidaying together, as this part of the house also has its own separate entrance door and the internal connecting door can be locked if required. Of course a family of five could also choose to book this area too and enjoy the all the extra space themselves, with the price adjusted to the higher tariff on confirmation of booking.

On the garden level a games room with table tennis is a real bonus and will keep the children happy for hours! French windows in the conservatory lead out to the lovely large south facing terraced gardens, with pretty patio area and pond (unfenced so please take care with children). There is also a sundeck with loungers where you can relax and make the most of the spectacular sunsets over the rugged coastline. Trevalley is ideally placed for a holiday in North Cornwall and for exploring all that this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty has to offer.

A lovely cottage, fantastic views, lovely garden very clean and had all the equipment we needed. The owners sent lots of information before the visit which was incredibly helpful

We went as 2 families to spend the NYE together We had a great time in the cottage, very cosy. The owners were amazing, the communication was great. It was a great touch to receive some cakes from the owners on NY day. Thank you The best of all was the view from the living room and one of the bedrooms all the way to the sea. We had an amazing holiday at Trevalley. The house is beautiful and the views stunning, nothing rivals a sunset over the sea. Even on the one rainy windy day on our holiday we still could enjoy the spectacular Cornish coast, from the numerous viewing spots in the house. We did lots of walking and swimming at Trebarwith Strand (30 minute walk/ 5 minuRead morete drive - bring coins for parking) . We also enjoyed lots of nearby )attractions too as the house is so well located. Owners were amazing and communicated everything we needed through email and WhatsApp with lots of advice on places to visit and where to eat to ensure we had an amazing holiday. The location is brilliant; just up the road from the best beach in Cornwall and not far from Tintagel for shops. The view from the house towards the sea was stunning. All in all an enjoyable stay.
