Southwold Pier Area - It is often said that nothing changes in Southwold. However, the much-acclaimed pier was rebuilt in 2001 and was the first to be constructed in England in over fifty years. It now fits in well with the painted beach huts, promenade and colourful flowerbeds. There is a shop, cafes and an alternative amusement arcade there. The selection of properties' hereabouts makes it an ideal location to stay in Southwold if you require quiet accommodation that is also close to the beach, town centre and the many footpaths across the marshes leading you to the less explored areas of the town.

Our holiday was blighted by being broken ensuite toilet being broken before our arrival.

Just along the road from the pier. Nice large well equipped kitchen (note hidden utility drawer to right of stove - thought there were no scissors for a while!). If you ensure the side garden gate is wedged shut the back garden is dog safe.

We had a fantastic stay. The house was perfect spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and extremely well equipped with everything we needed. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the area. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be returning!

It was a fabulous property in an amazing location. Both grandparents and grandchildren loved it! We had a brilliant holiday and would live to return. We would really recommend this property to anyone who considering a break in Southwold.

Lollypop House is in an excellent location close to the beach and centre of Southwold. It feels spacious and is comfortable. There were a few minor maintenance issues which was a shame but they should be easily remedied. We stayed as four couples and enjoyed our week.

Location is very good but the garden was a disappointment as the whole garden was covered in Rabbit Pooh so we were unable to use the garden.
