A ride on the nearby Cliff Railway allows easy access to the picturesque twin coastal village of Lynmouth with its picturesque harbour, Manor greens and rock and shingle beach. Coastal, riverside and country walks are all easily accessible and there are some famous beauty spots such as the Valley of the Rocks and Watersmeet all within a short drive or exhilarating walk. The Orangery has its own private entrance at the side of the building leading into a very spacious open plan living area. With a high apex ceiling, a large Victorian skylight, country style open plan kitchen and a dining area.
