Rockstone is a super holiday apartment in a residential block in Dawlish, South Devon. The truly magnificent, uninterrupted 180 degree sea views can be enjoyed from the balcony which runs the length of the apartment and is accessible from both the living room and the bedroom. This third floor apartment is in a prestigious block (with lift) set in clifftop position on the edge of this popular seaside town. The decor, furnishings and equipment are of a very good standard and both the lounge and the bedroom have TVs and patio doors onto the balcony with a fabulous view. There are local shops very close by (100yds), a post office, newsagent, takeaway and general store and a footpath adjacent to Rockstone leads to the sandy beach at Dawlish Warren (3/4 mile) or to the centre of Dawlish (1/2 mile). The larger resort towns of Torbay and Teignmouth are a short drive and the historic county town of Exeter just 12 miles. There is a bus stop outside the property for all local routes. Dawlish train station is 0.8miles away. Rockstone has been a very popular apartment over many years with clients booking year after year.

The light and sunny living area is equipped with a brand new comfortable electric reclining sofa and two seat swivel chairs, a Smart TV with DVD player. BT Box and firestick There is also a wooden dining table with four chairs. There are unrivalled sea views from the living area, with access to a sunny balcony where you can relax and enjoy the sunrise and evening stars over the sea. There is also a smart speaker and free WiFi connection in the property
Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with plenty of cupboards, an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a Bosch Tassimo coffee machine, air fryer, fridge/freezer and a washer/dryer.
Bedroom
Double Bed wardrobe with sliding doors, chest of drawers and two bedside tables. There is also a Freeview TV with DVD player, Telescope and a hairdryer. There is access to a balcony from the bedroom to enjoy more of the magnificent sea views.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a white bathroom suite with a bath and dual head shower over, a WC and a washbasin.
Parking
There is a private allocated car parking space for this property. Please note that there is a 2 metre height restriction in the car park

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
