Flat 30 in Clifton Court is the perfect bolt hole for a couple. It has fantastic views of Putsborough Beach from its open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner as well as its balcony – and has the added bonus of a shared indoor swimming pool. Situated between Croyde and Woolacombe, the apartments are on four levels with each having a designated parking space (additional guest parking is on a first come first served basis) and all having individual views of the beach. Number 30 has a spacious living area with a well-positioned dining table which makes the most of the view and patio doors leading out to the balcony. The apartment has good quality furniture and feels cosy throughout the year. Outside, a lane at the side of the building leads to the beach which, like the majority of locations along the North Devon coastline, is renowned for its fantastic surfing conditions and has been known to hold waves over 12 feet high! The beach is perfect for advanced surfers looking for punchy powerful waves in addition to beginners looking to try their hand at this exhilarating sport. The seasonal beach café situated just below the car park is more than happy to hire out boards and wetsuits. A choice of shops, pubs and restaurants are available approximately two miles away in Croyde or slightly further in Woolacombe.  With fantastic sea views stretching from Baggy Point to Morte Point, Flat 30 makes a perfect retreat for couples – especially those who love the beach and are keen to explore the amazing coastline on foot or bike.

We had a wonderful week thank you . The flat was immaculately clean and well equipped and the view is outstanding . We enjoyed the use of the swimming pool- we usually had exclusive use which was lovely .

Ideally placed for numerous walks around the area, lovely views and location. Facilities for cooking are excellent with plenty of pots pans etc. There is good parking and easy access to beach. Swimming pool was being refurbished when we stayed but will be lovely to use when open. All in all a lovely property to stay. Try the Thatch pub at Croyde foRead morer a nice cream tea or food. Hide

The standard of accommodation, bed and bathroom facilities and the position of the property were very good One of the main reasons we selected the property was for the view and use of the balcony. However our stay was blighted for the first week because there was scaffolding across the front impairing the view and completely preventing the use oRead moref the balcony. If that had not been there our stay would have been excellent. The oven seemed to be getting a bit dated and took a bit of getting used to. Certainly will consider returning another year as long as there is no prospect of scaffolding being in the way. Hide
