Flat 30 in Clifton Court is the perfect bolt hole for a couple. It has fantastic views of Putsborough Beach from its open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner as well as its balcony – and has the added bonus of a shared indoor swimming pool. Situated between Croyde and Woolacombe, the apartments are on four levels with each having a designated parking space (additional guest parking is on a first come first served basis) and all having individual views of the beach. Number 30 has a spacious living area with a well-positioned dining table which makes the most of the view and patio doors leading out to the balcony. The apartment has good quality furniture and feels cosy throughout the year. Outside, a lane at the side of the building leads to the beach which, like the majority of locations along the North Devon coastline, is renowned for its fantastic surfing conditions and has been known to hold waves over 12 feet high! The beach is perfect for advanced surfers looking for punchy powerful waves in addition to beginners looking to try their hand at this exhilarating sport. The seasonal beach café situated just below the car park is more than happy to hire out boards and wetsuits. A choice of shops, pubs and restaurants are available approximately two miles away in Croyde or slightly further in Woolacombe.  With fantastic sea views stretching from Baggy Point to Morte Point, Flat 30 makes a perfect retreat for couples – especially those who love the beach and are keen to explore the amazing coastline on foot or bike.

A really comfortable, extremely well equipped & welcoming apartment. The accommodation was fantastically clean on my arrival with everything just as it should be. Great job.

This was our second visit to this lovely flat overlooking the Putsborough/Woolacombe beaches with its stunning views. Very well equipped for couples and we would thoroughly recommend for a holiday. There is also the added bonus of an indoor swimming pool. We would certainly consider visiting again in the future.

The apartment is well equipped and the cleanliness was really good - the views were outstanding and we would love to come back one day. Only problem was that you cant walk out for something to eat or drink as the roads are so narrow to walk down.

Pleasant and comfortable apartment in beautiful location with balcony overlooking beach and sea and over to Lundy plus views along beach to Woolacombe. . Comfortable bed and very smart well appointed bathroom. Pleasant light and airy sitting room with wide reaching views similar to the balcony.
