This cottage needs a deep clean particularly upstairs, on arrival we immediately had to clean the toilet properly. The en suite shower in the second bedroom was filthy and mouldy around the base/door/shower head. There was a shower mat in bathroom covered in black mould. There was blood spots on the valance sheet in main bedroom. There was no speakRead moreing bed, in fact two doubles so dont expect spacious or comfortable bed. There were dead insects on the blinds and on skirting boards. Thick dust and cobwebs from light fittings, bulbs not working on landing lights. Uncomfortable sofa with no padding left in lounge area, one other sofa cushions so worn the lining has been removed. There were marks and stains across walls. The washing machine is hidden in the back of understairs cupboard, not able to get to it to use. Dirty bowls and glasses clearly not washed in cupboards. Photos of all of these things were taken and I will happily share. Great location but I would be embarrassed to let it out in its current state of cleanliness and evident need of repair and replacement of items. Hide

This is a very good property in an excellent location and within easy reach of the Wroxham and local community facilities. The views from the viewing balcony are superb and it makes a super place to reax and enjoy Norfolk at its best.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at Bosun's Cottage. The property is lovely and the beds are very comfortable, the rooms are very spacious and the cottage was well equipped. The location is great and there was ample parking for 2 cars. Easy access to shops, restaurants and public transport. The only thing was we had asked for the twin bedded roomRead more to be made into a double bed (an option that was available on your website) but this was not done. Hide

The cottage is spacious (plenty of room for the five of us) with lovely views over the broads. It is in a super location in the centre of Wroxham with parking for two cars. Plenty of cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. The bedrooms were clean with comfy beds. There were games and DVDs and plenty of information about the surrounRead moreding areas. The cottage also has a large fridge freezer and washing machine. Perfect for a large family. Hide

The location of Bosuns Cottage is excellent and the sleeping arrangements are good. The kitchen is small but well equipped. The view from the upstairs terrace is lovely, sadly the fence obscures the view on the lower terrace. The bathroom facilities are good. Towels were provided despite being told to bring our own. Very near to shops, restaurants Read moreand marina but tucked away at the same time. There appears to be no properly working WiFi - or at least none of us were successful! Hide

A fantastic holiday home which is well presented and provided an amazing base to explore the broads. On arrival found a lovely welcome pack and would highly recommend this as holiday location.
