1 Devon Beach Court is a light and airy three bedroomed apartment with amazing views of Barricane Beach. Situated on The Esplanade in the centre of Woolacombe, it is very close to all the restaurants, shops and pubs, yet set back from the road. Around the back of the building, there is parking for one car and at the front a shared terrace with seaviews allows direct access onto The Esplanade. Secure storage for beach equipment and surfboards is also available.
Inside, the apartment is all on one level. The huge living area has wall to wall windows taking advantage of the magnificent seaviews which can also be enjoyed from the kitchen, lounge, dining room, quiet reading area and children’s play area. There are plenty of comfortable seats and the owners have gone to great lengths to make sure children are well catered for by providing a Nintendo Wii console and games.
The apartment has three bedrooms – two of which have en-suite shower rooms whilst the family bathroom has a bath. There is a lift to the apartment from the parking area at the rear, however the front entrance is directly off The Esplanade.
You couldn’t find a better place to stay to enjoy the view of the beach, which has won many awards. The three mile stretch of golden sand has been voted number 1 in the UK by TripAdvisor guests for the last two years. It also holds the ‘England for Excellence Gold Award’ for best family resort and was voted the Best British Beach in the Mail On Sunday. However it’s not just the beach that brings visitors to Woolacombe - there is a wide selection of restaurants, teashops and bars to enjoy whilst the laid back atmospheres make it a firm favourite for people of all ages.
