What a brilliant place to stay even in February. We booked this apartment for the view and it was great. We even sat out on the balcony! The beds were very comfortable and having two bathrooms would be a bonus if a larger party was staying.

Lovely apartment. Very comfortable and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The view of the beach from the sheltered suntrap balcony is fabulous. Loved sitting out there for breakfast even in the rain. The location is fantastic with easy access to the shops, restaurants, pubs and harbour for boat trips. The standard of food in the restaurants wRead moreas exceptional. We particularly liked the Sardine Factory, Ju Ju's Tapa & small plates and Ocean & Earth Thai. Hide

Great location , a real find doesnt look much from outside entrance but once inside , brilliant . Not noisy from pub which was a concern and all amenities within walking distance . Stairs will be an issue if you have poor mobility .

The property is well-equipped, very clean and spacious. The views are lovely and it is great to hear the sound of the sea. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this property. A small welcome pack was provided, containing a pint of milk, tea bags, coffee and sugar sachets. As previously mentioned, the water pressure isn't great. If you wantRead more a bath, be patient! It is worth noting, however, that the allocated parking space is tight. If you have a large vehicle it is likely to be tricky to manoeuvre in and out when the other spaces are occupied. The entrance to the property lacks "curb appeal". There was rubbish lying around outside, and the hallway and stairway decor is dated. The property description mentions use of a communal garden. There IS a patch of unkempt grass visible from the balcony, however there was no obvious access to this, and it wouldn't have been usable had we have found it anyway. Hide

The location is a dream and probably the best in Looe, right on the sandy beach, with unobstructed views of the sea and right on the edge of the town centre. We didn't hear the nightclub on Saturday night either. Although the whole house is carpeted, we heard something from the other residents. That's unavoidable in old houses. But there was also Read morea nice backdrop of the sound of the sea and seagulls. The mattresses are good. So overall we slept well. The apartment isn't cheap, but it's worth it. We would definitely recommend it. Hide

The apartment is in an ideal location to the beach and local amenities, it was stocked with all the equipment that you would need, and the small touches like a pint of milk in the fridge and tea and coffee there for arriving was very appreciated

Location and view from the lounge and master bedroom are truly fantastic. The apartment is very well equipped and was well maintained. The water pressure in the shower could be better and it could do with more seating in the lounge.

We have come back from an amazing week at the apartment, although December we sat on the balcony watching the tide come in and out along with the fishing boats! We are already rebooking for later this year.
