Lovely character cottage in an excellent location. Beautiful courtyard which we used daily as weather was exceptional. However THE MATTRESS WAS TERRIBLE!! We had to buy a topper as it was that bad! If the mattress is changed we would definitely book again. Plenty of kitchen crockery etc nice clean towels .Parking was 4.00 per day which was ok Read moreand found a place easily. Excellent location in the heart of Woodbridge. Good heating. Sometimes you can hear the neighbors but other than that it is peaceful. The stairway is narrow, twisting, and steep. Not elegant but generally well equipped and comfortable.

Pleasant cottage, but not clean on arrival and the bed and sofa are tires and uncomfortable. We left two days early to avoid further backache due to the worn out mattress.

Charming traditional Suffolk cottage in the centre of Woodbridge. Location perfect for shops, river walks and great pubs. Stairs in house very narrow and steep, but nonetheless the house snd small garden make it perfect place to stay.

I really enjoyed my stay - this small, quiet cottage made a great base for exploring the local area. Close to shops and the waterfront. Minor grumble that the small fridge was missing its door shelf, which made for creative fridge-packing, but hopefully that will get fixed. Lots of plug sockets, but bring an extension lead if you want to work at thRead moree kitchen table (the only table). I used nearby carparks at the end of Brook Street for loading / unloading and you can leave a car overnight for free, but parking is limited to four hours (2) between 8am-6pm. I used the car park next to the station for overnight and all-day parking (4). Pay for parking by App (eg Ringo) and you dont have to leave the house. Hide

A very comfortable, well-equipped and charming cottage in a superb location close to the amenities of Woodbridge. We enjoyed our week staying there very much. Our only complaint was having to take rubbish in bags to the public waste and recycling facility at Woodbridge Railway Station, there being no facilities on the property.

Did the job. However parking in carparks very confusing. As no weekly permit available, you have to be wary. Internet connection to parking co.failed on occasion . Apart from that nice area to visit.

Great location but parking is a hassle (I found roadside parking 12 mins walk away). I really enjoyed my stay.

A spotlessly clean cottage with a comfortable bed. And a cosy well-equipped kitchen. I particularly enjoyed the exposed brick above the fireplace with mirrors, and the back garden with various well tended plants. I can still visualise the French windows with a faint winter sunlight coming through
