This holiday home is set within 27 acres of a grassland parkland holiday site. Surprisingly spacious, with wood floors throughout and full central heating, it provides a comfortable base for your holiday in this wonderful part of North Cornwall. There is a children's play area on site as well as a designated barbecue area, small shop and a bar.  Several glorious sandy beaches are within a couple of miles and the nearby village of St Merryn provides a selection of food shops, pubs, restaurants and takeaways.  Other parts of Cornwall are easily accessible, the Eden Project is about half and hour's drive and the Camel Creek Adventure Park is just a few minutes' drive.

Lounge/Kitchen/Diner:
 TV, electric cooker, extractor fan, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, dining table and chairs, sofa and 2 arm chairs.
Bedroom 1: Double bed (4'6"), wardrobe, bedside table with drawers, hair dryer.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3'), bedside table, chest of drawers.
Bathroom: Bath electric shower over, basin, w.c.

GARDEN & PARKING: Open plan grassed area, picnic table. Car parking approximately 50yds. There is a designated barbecue area on the site (barbecues are not allowed at the property). There is also a children's play area on the site.

Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent; electric c.h./hot water.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen provided; towels not provided but can be hired.
Baby Equipment: Baby bath, other equipment can be hired.
Shop: Small shop on site (seasonal), otherwise 0.6 mls  Pub: On site (seasonal). Otherwise 1.8 mls.

NOTES: No smoking, no pets. No WiFi at property, but can be accessed onsite at clubroom.  Call box on site. Mobile phone reception varies.

Very pleased with the chalet, it was set out very well. The hot water was sporadic especially in the morning in the kitchen. The surrounding area was lovely and peaceful and we were able to get to any place we wished to visit. Would definitely visit this site again.
