Situated on the south side of Swanage near the Victorian pier, this lovely apartment is part of The Haven Complex. The Haven Roof Terrace enjoys a large adjoining roof terrace accessed from the lounge with patio furniture and fantastic views over the town and bay to Ballard Down. It's the perfect place to enjoy a leisurely breakfast, afternoon tea or a relaxing dinner. 

The beautiful seaside town of Swange is right on your doorstep and offers a wide and varied choice of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. Explore the coastline from Durlston Country Park or walk eastwards to Studland and the lovely sand dunes. Close by you can take the steam train to Corfe Castle and take a trip back in time at the castle with breathtaking views. Take a day trip to Poole Harbour, Monkey World or The Tank Museum - pack a picnic and see where the day takes you!

The accommodation is arranged over three floors, a curved staircase takes you up to the lounge and kitchen area on the top floor to take advantage of the views.

The location and views were excellent. A quiet part of town, access to walks from the door. Can walk to cafes, restaurants. Bedrooms and bathrooms were fresh and clean. Hairdrier in the double. Didnt see a shaver point. We saw a Spitfire loop the loop 3 times over the bay, it wasnt a public display, were told it does fly over now and then. The sRead morehower photo looks like theres a venetian blind in it, its not, no window, its the tile pattern! Hide

Location, location, location! A peaceful spot with wonderful views. It has easy access to local facilities and convenient parking. The house is well equipped and has comfortable beds.

This holiday home is very well situated on the harbour end of Swanage, with easy access to the town and cliff walks. The views from the roof terrace across the town and bay are spectacular.

Wonderful location and views. Kitchen well kitted out with items. In need of an update and upgrade of fittings and furnishings overall. However, we would stay again for the location and view.

31 The Haven is in a perfect position to explore the Downs and also the town. We did feel a little fitter walking up two flights of stairs to get to the lounge. Lovely modern bedrooms and bathrooms, comfortable homely lounge, spacious roof terrace and snug conservatory seating area - and amazing views over the bay. Kitxhen equipment needs upgrading to match.
