Good location, quiet and peaceful, plenty of space for the dogs to run about. Be careful if youre taking children as there are plenty of hazardous waste left lying around. The inside could have been much cleaner, bed linens stained, rodent bait trap found behind the bed, sunroom furniture in need of a good clean, chairs around table broken seats.Read more Cutlery had to be cleaned before use, baking trays filthy with grease. Field House offers plenty of space. The 'garden room' proved very popular and functions as a large lounge/dining room. This, together with the original dining room, lounge and large hall means that there is an exceptional amount of internal space. The size of the front and side gardens are unlike any that we have encountered elsewhere. The picturesRead more do not really do justice to the view from the front door across the valley. We divided our time between Swanage and Studland beaches - the journeys were straightforward. The real test is would we be happy to book again? Yes we would. Hide

This property is very spacious. Great having the two rooms with 2 tvs, could spread ourselves out. Not on top of each other. Also a dining room, which we played games in there and did puzzles, so not disturb the tv watchers. The kitchen was fabulous, very well equipped and having 2 fridges was handy with big families. The bedrooms were great and Read morevery comfy beds. The small bedroom with bunk beds had a step, which could be hazardous (trip over it) especially for children. We put grandad in there, he was ok! The outside was fantastic, so much space for the family to play games, especially cricket, football and badminton, they had great fun outside. Was lovely to see the horses and the deer and lots of birds, which we fed with the seeds from the porch. Was great sitting in the porch just chilling. We visited the steam trains and the beach every day, the kids loved it. Thank you for a lovely holiday and would highly recommend to others. Hide

A gorgeous house in a beautiful part of Dorset. We loved the walk to and from Corfe Castle along the hill at the back. On the stormy day we three generations and dog enjoyed each other's company in this cosy home with plenty of games and films to catch up on. Many walks and beaches to explore.

Large property set in a quiet area but close to the coast, brilliant for bird watching and wildlife from the front door. We have stayed here 4 times now and will be returning again.
