Trevalley is a delightfully bright and characterful house in a lovely coastal setting, sitting high above Trebarwith Strand beach with spectacular views across the valley and out to sea. A short drive will find you at the popular Atlantic Ocean surfing beaches of Polzeath and Widemouth Bay, helping keen surfers, walkers or bird watchers get the most out of their stay.

This spacious welcoming self-catering holiday home from home has a comfortable sitting room with wood burning stove. The attractive country kitchen/dining room with painted beams leads to a sunny conservatory with the most stunning views. The stylish master bedroom has wonderful valley and sea views. Stairs lead down to the pretty twin room and single room, all served by a wood panelled family bathroom. A further living area, accessed internally through the twin room or own front door, provides a second twin bedroom with the benefit of an en suite shower room and galley kitchen. This extra space is ideal for a family of six or seven, or for two groups holidaying together, as this part of the house also has its own separate entrance door and the internal connecting door can be locked if required. Of course a family of five could also choose to book this area too and enjoy the all the extra space themselves, with the price adjusted to the higher tariff on confirmation of booking. On the garden level a games room with table tennis is a real bonus and will keep the children happy for hours! French windows in the conservatory lead out to the lovely large south facing terraced gardens, with pretty patio area, raised sundeck and pond (unfenced) where you can relax and make the most of the spectacular sunsets over the rugged coastline.

Trevalley was a wonderful house for an almost 4 week break. Exceptionally clean - I didnt feel the need to wash the cutlery and plates as I have had to in other properties. Fabulous views even on wet days and so close to many walks and places of interest. Comfortable bed, warm, fire - I could go on. Eddy was the most considerate host Ive encounRead moretered offering a cleaning service during my stay. Other hosts have simply pocketed the money over a long stay. Eddy provided many local tips (Duckfood truck, ferry to Padstow etc) and responded quickly to any email queries. Highly recommended. Ive already recommended it to a friend. Hide

Fantastic cottage sits walking distance to the beach . Cottage is filled with charm and character. We really enjoyed the stay , Owner was really responsive, kept us informed to have a great time. Would definitely recommend!

We had a lovely week long stay at Trevalley in November 24. The house was well equipped and very comfortable. I enjoyed all the quirks to the house and all the details which really made it a home from home. The views from every room were amazing and there were some beautiful sunsets. To be able to wake up to a view of the sea every day was a real tRead morereat. Eddy was great at keeping on top of any correspondence about the property and provided responses quickly. This property is amazing for location and useage. It has such a warm welcoming feel with fantastic views. The hosts are so helpful with lots of information sent re area where to go and they provided lots of extras. Fabulous cottage with amazing views and great location for vsiting many beaches in North Cornwall. We felt at home the second we stepped through the door and appeciated the owners thoughtful gifts and detailed local information. The whole family was sad to leave but hopefully we'll return again in the future. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful property and the owners couldn't have been more helpful with suggestions of places to stop on the way, and things to do and see in the area. Beautiful location at the top of the valley with fantastic views across and down the valley and out to sea. Fairly close proximity to a pretty beach. This is a charming and bright holiday home with lots of character and the owners had made kind and thoughtful touches to make us feel at home. (Their local recommendations were also excellent). We werRead moree pleased with the well equipped kitchen, the comfortable beds and the quality of the towels and bedding. It was nice to spend time in the sun room/conservatory and the garden was quite magical for our young children to explore (with an adult because of the steps and the pond!).
