Our weekend getaway was amazing just what was needed. In the middle of nowhere, there were others around but couldn't hear them. The field was a added bonus for our dog to run round. Definitely would come back, I loved the bath.

Pantiles is a lovely cottage, spacious and tastefully furnished. The beds are very comfortable. The property is surrounded by fields. Groceries can be purchased in Beccles. There are no pubs in walking distance but several a short drive away. It is a little remote but ideal if you want peace and quiet. Just dont go there New Years eve if you want tRead moreo sleep. It was lovely and warm, not cold at all. However we went during half term so it was quite busy with children. If you want a quiet stay choose a different time of year.

Pantilles Not suitable for a week holiday for three adults, 2nd bedroom a converted larder very cold, as we paid for our dog we were told not to use the gardens , only small patio with metal table and chairs, very happy there was not a wedding reception as we were right next to it.Also would have been nice to have a table and chaired to eat from. ARead mores we had booked a week for a dog walking week , we were shocked to find you cannot walk very far as both ways lead to a very dangerous road . So for these reason we left after three days , we have better walks in Brighton . Hide

Loved the location but not the cottage - my daughter and I and dog did not appreciate staying in the honeymoon suite (my husband recently died) - my daughter stayed in the suite and I stayed in the extremely small bedroom which was dreadful - nowhere to put clothes except on 3 hangers which were on a curtain rail to a window in the wall to a dark sRead moretore room - bizarre! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Suffolk the barn was clean and very comfortable. It had everything we needed to make an enjoyable stay. We visited nearby towns and beaches. The sunsets at the property were amazing. Definitely a lovely place to stay.

Excellent location and property was very comfortable and clean. Everything in property is there if you are cooking or entertaining friends. Lovely patio and the grounds are beautiful... you wouldn't want to be staying there on a Saturday if there is a wedding on in the barn though. We would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed the barn property, with a relaxed atmosphere in a quiet location. It is central to this area in Suffolk that we previously lived in, which make it ideal to visit our friends and relatives.

Pantiles was an absolutely beautiful location with great amenities. We visited in October and the property was beautifully warm all week which made it so welcoming and cosy. The bath in the main bedroom was a real treat and was definitely a staple feature of the house. The perfect location to get engaged in and an even more stunning wedding locatioRead moren!
