This delightful second floor flat is situated in an elegant Victorian villa that is located in a quiet residential area in the popular seaside resort of Cromer.  With a small park and local shops nearby, the flat would make an ideal base for a family holiday and would also appeal to couples wanting a walking base.  For golfers, the Royal Cromer Golf Club, open to visitors daily, is just a short stroll away. There are attractive open views at the rear of the property across the rooftops to the woods and the town and beach is only a leisurely walk away; if you take the trails through the woods and coastal path for a blast of sea air you can work up an appetite for fish and chips on the Pier! Shop: within walking distance Pub: 1 mile

A visit to Cromer once made is not easily forgotten. This delightful Victorian seaside resort is, perhaps surprisingly for Norfolk, a cliff top town with all the heritage and tradition you would expect. It has a well-known Pier with seasonal year-round shows, the famous Cromer crab is brought ashore here by the local fishing fleet and golf, tennis, squash, the Lifeboat Museum, a local history museum, zoo and a multiplex cinema are all waiting to be experienced. If you are looking for a good walk, take the coastal path to view the lighthouse or if you have the energy climb to the top of Cromer church tower, the tallest in Norfolk, to get a bird's eye view of this lovely landscape. With such delights as Sheringham, Weybourne, the National Trust Felbrigg Estate and the charming Georgian town of Holt also nearby, there is much to discover in this great corner of north Norfolk.

The accommodation is in a great location as it only takes 15 minutes to walk into Ctomer down the coastal path and we are pensioners

Flat is very convenient and easy access to Cromer and local area Wells next to Sea Sheringham lots of nice walks straight from the flat the main reason for us choosing this property.

The apartment was lovely and spacious, It definitely needs some kind of air con or fans ,it was unbearable during the heat wave that we've had, There was a lot of stairs going to the flat so beware. But all in all Cromer was lovely and enjoyed our holiday.

The apartment was located around a 20 min walk from Cromer. Well equipped and clean, we felt at home and had everything we needed. It you are not mobile this isnt for you as up 2 flights of stairs but that was not a problem for us, and had a lovely break in Norfolk

A wonderfully decorated, comfortable second floor apartment with all the amenities you could want to have a fantastic stay. A great location for visiting homes, gardens, seaside towns and beaches. I would definitely come back here again.

This holiday apartment was a very pleasant place to stay, It was spotlessly clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils, towels, cleaning and general maintenance items (light bulbs, etc) plus an eclectic range of books and DVDs, as well as a good Wi-Fi connection and Netflix access. The guest information folder was very comprehensive. I would bRead moree happy to recommend this cottage to any future guests, but bear in mind that most of the rooms are upstairs and there is no lift. There is a public play park directly opposite the car park, ideal if you have young children staying with you. We never experienced any significant noise coming from there. Cromer town and the beach is only five minutes' drive away - this is a very clean, mostly sandy, pleasant beach/promenade area with a good pier-based theatre. Hide

The apartment it self was so lovely and cosy. Maybe shorten the kitchen area and open the sitting area and fetch another chair in as that was squeeze when we were sat together.

The problem for us was location. We needed to use the car to shop as the apartment is too far from any amenities. It is a good 30 mins into town and the walk back is uphill all the way.

High view had everything we needed for a base while we walked the Norfolk Coast Path. Perhaps some days could have done without the 20 minutes or so mostly gently uphill walk back from Cromer town centre and front but that was more from already tired legs. The washer/dryer was useful, the bathroom well appointed and bedrooms just fine. The living aRead morerea perhaps a tad squeezed into the spacious kitchen but no issue for just the two of us, especially when we're hardly inside. More than happy to recommend Hide
