This ground floor apartment sleeping four people and two dogs is just a short walk from the beach, cafes, shops and restaurants in Woolacombe. With its own private terrace enjoying sea views, Dolphin Court is arranged as five apartments in a beautiful Victorian house situated literally just off The Esplanade. Perfect for guests with mobility restrictions, the apartment has a ramp from the private allocated parking space to the front door and into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. This spacious room with high ceilings and original oak floor has a Victorian fireplace and comfortable seating. The kitchen is well-equipped and the dining table is well-positioned between the kitchen and living areas. Patio doors lead out onto a private paved front terrace which has a lovely sea view and garden furniture. The spacious bedrooms have been furnished to allow flexibility for guests with the master having a king size bed and en-suite shower room whilst the second room is available either as a super king or twin beds.  There is also a good-sized additional bathroom which has a mixer handset over the bath. The second bedroom m has access to a shared rear patio which has surfboard and wetsuit racks – perfect for drying everything off after an exhilarating day on the beach. Further steps lead to a large shared decking area which is extremely sheltered and has a superb view of the beach. 1 Dolphin Court Apartment is a very short walk to Woolacombe Beach which lies between Morte Point and Baggy Point. This three-mile long stretch of golden sand is renowned for its cleanliness, water quality and facilities. The beach has been voted the number 1 beach in the UK by Tripadvisor in 2015 & 2016. It also holds the ‘England for Excellence Gold Award’ for best family resort and was voted the Best British Beach in the Mail On Sunday.

This apartment has everything to make a great holiday. It is just a few minutes walk to the shops, bars & restaurants and the beach. We took our dog with us and less than a minute walk to the grass cliff tops for him to walk. A very comfortable stay & was lovely to sit on the balcony with view of the sea & beach. We hope to visit again next year.

1 dolphin Court is a lovely comfy apartment, with everything we needed for our stay. It has an amazing view of Woolacombe from the deck, and is situated 5mins from not just the beach but all local shops, pubs and restaurants. Of all the places we've stayed, we've never had a better sleep, the bed is so comfortable.

Lovely apartment. Very clean. Well equipped. Decor and furnishings enable your stay to be as relaxing as you wish. The bed was very comfortable. The location for Woolacombe is ideal- a short walk to the centre- but the view from the apartment of the beach, bay and sea is stunning and further helps you relax. We are returning to this apartment in NRead moreovember and are highly likely to return in '25 if available, so that says it all really! Hide

Dolphin Court is a great location, we could sit on the enclosed terrace in comfort and look out to supperb sea views. We booked last minute - we certainly landed on our feet. Fab/Great apartment, location perfect! First time to Woolacombe - we will definitely be back. Kitchen lovely with plenty of utensils. Very comfortable for our week stay. Beach - superb for surfing and very easy to reach. A very happy holiday all round.

Returning guest after staying here in April 2022, great location and property - kitchen is very well equipped and the beds comfy. We did however find the wifi slow on this visit and this may be down to usage (visting this time in high season) and on a wet day could not watch netflix as the internet would not connect. Previous guest had broken theRead more shower, however this was quickly fixed and we were contacted before gaining entry of the issue.
