Cedar is a pretty hand crafted timber framed semi-detached cottage, built to a traditional style and nestling in the Suffolk countryside. The cottage has been lovingly converted by the owners (who live on site) and furnished to a high standard with the emphasis being firmly placed on the holiday maker's comfort and enjoyment. This property could also be suitable for wheelchair uses with its ground floor bedroom and en-suite wet room. Cedar, Willow and Tree Tops are all part of Chestnut Tree Barns and can be booked together to accommodate larger parties. Shop: 4 miles Pub: 4 miles.

Sitting Room: TV, Netflix, DVD, Inglenook fireplace housing a wood burning stove.
Dining Room: Table and chairs.
Kitchen: Electric cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher.
Bedroom 3: Double bed with the option to have as two singles and En-Suite Wet Room with shower, washbasin and wc.
FIRST FLOOR
Bedroom 1: King bed.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds.
Bathroom: Bath, overbath mixer shower, washbasin and wc.
Garden: Paved terrace with patio furniture and gas barbecue. The garden overlooks a fenced wildlife pond. Children should be supervised at all times.
Parking: Ample parking.
Heating: Oil fired heating.
Pets: Two well-behaved dogs welcome (not puppies). Dogs not to be left unattended at the cottage.
Notes: Lead person in party must be 21 or over. The stand alone six berth hot tub under a pretty all-weather garden gazebo in a wooded area - available until 10.00 pm. Starter wood for the wood burning stove provided, Wi-fi, lawn games. Travel Cot, High chair and Stair Gate available on request. Shared utility area with washing machine, drying space, iron and board plus large fridge and freezer.
You will have use of the fully enclosed Orchard which makes for a fabulous dog paddock. Also available to guests is the use of the outside dining area which can seat 14 people, where there is a BBQ and games available, this is on a first come first serve basis. The hamlet of Ilketshall St Margaret is located just south of the market town of Bungay with all its shopping, eating and recreational opportunities virtually on the doorstep. Set within delightful countryside that offers peace and tranquillity yet has great links to some of Suffolk's well known market and coastal towns. Southwold and the Heritage Coast are just a short drive with Bungay and Beccles, market towns with diverse shopping opportunities, just minutes away. The whole area is surrounded by National Cycle Routes that should keep keen cyclists busy for at least a week!
