No.14 is a sensational holiday home, located in a prime high spot in a beautiful part of the world. Even on rainy days it's wonderful, but when the sun's out and you're sitting out on the deck overlooking Polruan and Fowey, it's truly magical.

Number 14 surpassed all our expectations. Comfortable, stylish, relaxing. Views are stunning, the kitchen well- equipped, the beds provide home from home comfort. The jigsaw table was perfect for our late night puzzle sessions. Some great local pubs that serve excellent food. Great dog walking area too. Its the house that just keeps on giving!

This was a lovely house with great views, beautiful as well as interesting. The access to Polruan was rather tricky with a lot of narrow roads, but it was a lovely place to stay with nice pubs and a good local shop and bakery. The smaller double bedroom could be noisy if people were walking above or the dishwasher was on.

Viewtastic! The view alone was worth staying there for the week. Lots of uphill walking which got us a bit thirsty so we refreshed ourselves either at the two local pubs or on the decking. Every need was catered for, very well equipped, very clean, off road parking. Would consider coming back.
