This superb seafront three bedroom cottage has been recently renovated and refurbished to a high standard and overlooks the long sandy beach in East Looe. With level access and within a minute of the promenade and famous Banjo Pier, as well as very close to the many shops, bars, cafes and restaurants of the town, 4 Seaview is the perfect location for those who like to be close to the seaside action. A short boat taxi trip across the river (40p tide permitting) leads to quieter West Looe and the fascinating rock pool beach at Hannafore seafront as well as some beautiful coastal scenery and footpaths. Walkers will love to walk the coast path to the charming village of Polperro and beyond and maybe hop on a bus back. There are miles of beautiful Cornish coastline in both directions, all waiting to be explored by foot, car or even boat. Boat trips including glass-bottom boat excursions, sea cruises, fishing trips and speed boat rides can all be booked from the nearby harbour. Inland, a 25 minute drive will take you to Bodmin Moor where you can discover Cornwall's mining heritage and view some of the historical mines and engine houses, as well as admire the wonderful, roaming cattle, ponies and wildlife. The popular Eden Project is 40 minutes away by car.

Seaview 4 is a beautiful blend of stone walls, old beams, fine contemporary furnishings and calm neutral colour scheme.  Laid out over 3 floors, this first class holiday home boasts a ground floor open plan modern hand-crafted kitchen, dining and lounge area which is ideal for family get-togethers after a busy day out exploring the area. All of the comfortable bedrooms offer dramatic sea and coastline views, and the double has a pretty Juliet Balcony, perfect to admire the scenery.

Excellent location for the beach and town. The only thing Id say is that although the property can sleep up to six people, the living area can only really accommodate two adults, or in my case, 1 adult and two small children.

This little cottage is in a wonderful location in Looe town centre. We enjoyed a lovely short break away there and having the convenience of the town and the beach was fantastic. The space in the cottage is a little limited, I would certainly not recommend this to anyone with more than four people, and even then you would need to be good friends!! What an amazing little holiday home. Spacious, clean and with everything you need for a lovely stay. The bedrooms overlooking the beach were lovely to wake up to, will definitely be back again. Thank you!

Very small cottage, bedrooms good for 4 people. Not ideal having a bedroom off the master bedroom unless you have a baby. Living space downstairs exceptionally small, need to move the dining table every time you needed it. No storage in the kitchen for your food but well equip for cooking. Great location overlooking the sea with an added bonus of Read morea parking space. TV now internet based so runs off apps. Fine for the summer when your out mostly but nota Feb break when weather is changeable. Shower is amazing!! Hide

A lovely cottage in a brilliant location everything you could ever need and spotless the welcome drink and chocs were much appreciated.have stayed in quite a few cottages in Looe down the years and this one is right up there with the best already looking to book again.

This is a great property. Ideally situated close to the beach and amenities. Clean and well equipped, absolutely no complaints. We had a lovely stay.
