Wells-next-the-Sea is a lively coastal town on the north Norfolk coast.  With its fine, sandy beach, iconic beach huts and bordered by pine woodland, it offers a playground for young and old alike, there is even a small gauge railway that will take you down to the beach if you don't fancy the stroll.  At the harbour you can see the small fishing fleet unload its daily catch and the quayside is also popular with children fishing for crabs.  There is an eclectic variety of shops, cafes and tea rooms to browse, with not a chain store in sight and The Buttlands is a lovely part of the town with a tree lined green, fine Georgian houses, pub and restaurant.  Set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and with the North Norfolk Coastal path running directly through the town you may not wish to wander far but other delights near to hand include Holkham Hall, Burnham Market and its sister villages, Brancaster, Cley-next-the-Sea and Stiffkey to name just a few.

A bungalow in the quiet part of Wells-next-the-Sea. A private and secure back garden, close to a nice restaurant/pub, comfortable and with good facilities. There are plenty of good walks from the bungalow. We had a good rest and were never short of something to do.

We spent a week at Eva May and have had a great time. The bungalow is spotless, very well equipped and super comfortable. Our two dogs loved the enclosed garden, so much so one of them didn't want to come in! A perfect holiday home in a gorgeous location.

We loved staying at Eva May the bungalow was lovely with an enormous garden which our dog loved but unfortunately due to the horrible weather we didn't get to enjoy. We found everything we needed was provided and it was a very comfortable property in a lovely location.

Ideally suited to explore Wells next the Sea and surrounding area. Garden very secure and ideal for our dogs. Property was clean, but very cold on arrival.

Very quiet location but within easy reach of the town centre. Easy parking a big plus. Accommodation was light and airy and well equipped. Garden is very secure for dogs and young children.
