To have an exceptionally located modern holiday cottage with parking so close to the heart of Padstow is as rare as hen's teeth and perfect for all year round holidays. With two en-suite bedrooms (and the option of twin beds or a double bed in one) this property is ideal for a family or two couples looking to be within easy walking of the town and all it has to offer. 

With great walks and cycling from the doorstep and a short drive to The Trevose head and Seven Bays, the location is perfect for shopping, cycling, surfing, golf and all the other activities that the Padstow area provides. There are two town beaches and the option of a short ferry trip across the Camel Estuary to Rock if you don't want to use your car.  If you fancy a change of scenery, Padstow is well placed to access the rest of the County.

GARDEN & PARKING: Parking for 1 car in garage (please note the garage is tight - 4.8m deep, 2.55m wide, garage door width 2.13m and height 1.82m).  Other parking available in Public Parking across the road. Crabs lines, buckets and other beach items are located in the garage for your use. If your car can’t fit, this is also ideal for bikes, surfboards and golf clubs! Enclosed patio garden with garden furniture.  Outdoor tap with shower head attachment.  

Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent; heated towel rails.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels. Please order linked beds in bedroom 1 at the time of booking.

The cottage is well appointed, clean and with some lovely features. The location is superb for both access to the town and also for travelling to other areas. The garage is really useful and whilst tight we were able to park a Skoda Karoq easily.

Excellent location with the addition of parking we was concerned if the garage would be large enough but we got our Tiguan in with just enough room. The house is on a busy road but this didnt effect us as the traffic was not heavy in the evenings when we visited, the bedrooms were spacious, on suite plenty big enough, living room spacious as was thRead moree kitchen dining room, nice outside dining area. A well stocked, comfy holiday home in a prime location in Padstow. The house has plenty of room for 4 adults, a well stocked kitchen and a great outdoor dining space which is a huge plus for us. Lovely Cottage right in the centre of Padstow . Good that both Bedrooms had their own bathroom. Good size cottage for 4 adults and baby.

Absolutely beautiful cottage. Could not be any closer to the town. Very peaceful & immaculately clean. Bonus on having the garage, fitted my fiesta in there perfectly, and knowing it was safe.

Samphire is well equipped and in an excellent location. We really enjoyed our stay in Padstow, theres so many great places to eat and lots to explore on your doorstep. We parked in the main car park which was really reasonably priced for the week and only a minute or two walk to car from cottage. We felt that the cottage was good value for money anRead mored would be perfect for either two couples or a family of four. We really loved the two en-suite bathrooms.
