Clifton Court is a group of apartments situated between Croyde and Woolacombe with stunning sea views and shared use of a heated indoor swimming pool. The apartments are arranged over 4 levels with entry from the carpark onto level three. There are then a variable number of steps to each floor and apartment. Apartment 28 is accessed on level four and once you are in the apartment everything is on one level. A large ceramic tiled secure lobby area provides storage for surfboards, bikes and pushchairs. The apartment has four bedrooms (one with en-suite bathroom) a spacious lounge/kitchen/diner with plenty of comfy seats, a round table with seating for eight people in the dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. Patio doors open out onto a lovely balcony with stunning sea views. There is also a separate shower room and a utility area with space for washing and hanging out wetsuits after a day in the sea.

There are 2 designated parking spaces with additional guest parking available on a first come first served basis. A lane at the side of the building leads to the beach which, like the majority of locations along the North Devon coastline, is renowned for its fantastic surfing conditions and has been known to hold waves over 12 feet high! The beach is perfect for advanced surfers looking for punchy powerful waves, in addition to, beginners looking to try their hand at this exhilarating sport. The beach café situated just below the car park is more than happy to hire out their boards and wetsuits.

A lovely bright and airy flat in a beautiful location..well equipped and plenty of space for our group of 6 adults, a toddler and a 3 week old baby. Just a heads upthe public lights around the building stay on ALL night, which can be irritating if you like darkness in your bedroom..bring your sleep eye mask!!

Just had a great stay at this lovely spacious apartment, views are amazing. Love the new kitchen great addition. Having the indoor pool was a bonus with the children when we couldn't get onto the glorious beach. Hope to be back soon.

We thoroughly enjoy our stay at Clifton court. The property was spacious enough for 6 adults and 3 children, it was fully equipped and the views from the balcony were amazing. I would definitely recommend this property and would return without hesitation.

A stunning location overlooking the beach. The flat is very comfortable and the provision of a pool was much appreciated by the children when the weather was not so good.
