FLAT 11

Flat 11 in Clifton Court has three bedrooms, a spacious lounge/kitchen/diner with patio doors opening out onto a lovely balcony with stunning sea views and the use of a shared indoor heated swimming pool. Accessed on level four with steps leading down to level 2, once in the apartment there are no steps or stairs. This apartment is one of a group, situated between Croyde and Woolacombe which have individual designated parking spaces and additional guest parking on a first come first served basis.  All the apartments have sea views.

The open-plan living space has comfy seats, an oval table with seating for six people in the dining area and a well-equipped modern kitchen. The three bedrooms all have built in wardrobes. The master double bedroom also has an en-suite shower room, whilst the other two enjoy splendid views and are served by a spacious family bathroom.

Outside, a lane at the side of the building leads to the beach which, like the majority of locations along the North Devon coastline, is renowned for its fantastic surfing conditions and has been known to hold waves over 12 feet high! The beach is perfect for advanced surfers looking for punchy powerful waves, in addition to, beginners looking to try their hand at this exhilarating sport. The seasonal beach café situated just below the car park is more than happy to hire out boards and wetsuits. A choice of shops, pubs and restaurants are available in the nearby village of Croyde approximately 2 miles away and Woolacombe approx. 3 miles away. There are also delightful footpaths stretching along the coastline from which to enjoy the stunning views.

Fantastic location with breathtaking views. Accommodation needs updating and storage heaters make it difficult to control the temperature during colder weather. Not accessible for all.
