Keepers Cottage stands in the grounds of Dillington Hall next to their working farmyard. Formerly a cattle shed dating back to the 18th century, it has been tastefully renovated and now provides comfortable spacious accommodation. The property is ideally located for the delights of the North Norfolk coast, historic Norwich, the waterways of the Broads or for the adventurous "Go Ape" in Thetford Forest, are all are only a short drive away  Shops/Pub: within walking distance

Notes: This is a non-smoking property. Mobile signal - variable. The Cottage is next to a working farmyard; during harvest time - July/August there may be moving farm machinery two or three days a week. There is also an EV charger free to use

Dillington, a small hamlet, is quietly situated in the heart of rural Norfolk approximately two miles north west of East Dereham. Dereham itself is a bustling market town with shops, restaurants, cinema, bowling alley, leisure centre, golf course and street market on Fridays. Dillington is only a twenty mile drive to the North Norfolk Coast and the city of Norwich.

Lovely cottage with plenty of room. Very comfortable and well equipped. The owners have furnished sympathetically and makes for a wonderful feel. Lovely little garden. Would happily stay again.

I genuinely cant fault the property, location or the property owners. Very spacious and really good value for money with the added bonus of an EV charging point which meant our XC90 Hybrid never needed a fuel fill up all week, an added bonus to an already enjoyable weeks holiday. Thanks!

Comfortable cottage with well equipped kitchen. Eggs from resident chickens an especially nice touch. Luxurious toiletries a bonus.

This cottage is well equipped, very nicely furnished, spotless and had everything you could possibly need. It was very spacious, peaceful and comfortable. There is plenty to do within local reach, including handy nature walks and National Trusts and Historic Houses within short driving distances.

A well appointed cottage with all the equipment that we needed, freshly laid eggs left by the owner were very tasty and a nice touch. The beds were comfortable as was the rest of the cottage.

A charming cottage, much more spacious than we were imagining. It was very clean and we had everything we needed. It was easy to find with the owners' instructions and Helen came by for a friendly, welcoming chat after we arrived. Eggs and other basics were awaiting us. The surroundings were attractive. Without doubt this is the best cottage we have stayed in. Its location is perfect to make day trips throughout north Norfolk and its facilities and comfort upon return are utterly marvellous.
