Extreme thought and care has gone into the furnishing of this fantastic, welcoming holiday home. A well-equipped kitchen, multi-fuel stove and lovely sun terrace are just a few of the features that make this a great place to stay. Located in an excellent position on a quiet road, yet within easy walking distance of Trevose Golf Club, the village stores and the amazing beach (only a 13 minute walk).  Constantine Bay is a glorious, wide, sandy beach much loved by families and surfers alike, with local surf shops and schools for hiring equipment or having lessons.  Enjoy Kittiwake's secluded rear garden, distant sea views at the front and countryside views at the rear, perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee in the sunshine, or perhaps lunch or dinner al fresco. Treyarnon, Booby's, Mother Iveys and Harlyn Bays are all close by.

Bedroom 3: Twin beds (3'), basin, wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table and stool, wicker chair.

GARDEN & PARKING: The spacious front garden is lawned with bench seat and a driveway for a number of cars. To the rear is a paved patio with large Weber kettle barbecue, lawn edged by mature shrubs and high hedges with a bench seat. Enclosed warm outside shower. Teak wooden table and chairs with parasol. Garage unavailable.

Power and Heat: oil and electricity included in rent; oil-fired c.h./hot water, multi-fuel burner in lounge.

Perfect cottage for a family of four and two grandparents . The garden feels very safe for young children who were very happy there . Being able to walk to the shop and beach easily is a real bonus .

2nd time we've stayed here, the property is clean, spacious and great for dogs with a large secure garden. Location is perfect to walk to the beaches and coast path, didn't need to use the car for days! Would recommend to others.

Kittiwake is a lovely house for a family stay. We had a super week and found the house well equipped and spacious. A large utility room was perfect for wet dogs and we enjoyed the south facing garden and barbecue. It is a little tired in places but we thought it good value for money. Convenient for eating out in St Merryn and 15 minute walk to the Read morebeach. Hide

The cottage is located on a pleasant estate close to the community stores which is well stocked. There is a pleasant garden which is totally enclosed for those bringing a dog. The garden is mainly laid to lawn with outside seating for meals from the barbeque. There is a pleasant comfortable lounge and woodburner.

Great location, close to beaches and golf course. Lovely walks and lots of places to eat and drink. Kittiwake is well equipped and comfortable, a home from home.
