2 Dolwen Farm is a delightful holiday cottage within the bustling courtyard of a working farm, whose farm shop is well known in the area. Fantastic for children and animal lovers, this is in a rural location with lovely views from the grounds over the surrounding countryside. Dolwen is 3 miles from Colwyn Bay, 6 miles from Conwy and Llandudno, and about 10 miles from the Snowdonia National Park.

The Cottage: is a pretty barn conversion which adjoins WAG502, so ideal for a family with grandparents staying next door. The owners are on hand to offer a warm welcome and local information. Central heating.

Living room: is on the first floor to make the most of the views and has an open-plan living/dining room and kitchen This well-planned room has an impressive beamed ceiling and includes a leather sofa and chairs, large Freeview TV/DVD and WiFi. Dining table and chairs.
Kitchen: is a handmade fitted cottage style kitchen with a Belfast sink, integrated oven and hob, microwave and dishwasher. A shared utility room (with WAG501) houses the tumble dryer, washing machine and freezer.

Two ground floor bedrooms and en suite shower room * Note this is the only shower room with access through the double bedroom*
Bedroom 1: is the beamed master double room with en suite shower room. Furnished attractively with solid wooden furniture.
Bedroom 2: has two single beds
Shower room: has a shower cubicle, modern basin and WC.
Outside: is a private patio area but guests have use of the extensive shared gardens with lawn areas, shrub borders a pond with bridge over and seating areas.

Dolwen is a great base from which to relax and enjoy the farm and its surroundings, or to explore the attractions of the local area. Colwyn Bay has a beach, watersports centre and the popular Mountain Zoo. The walled town of Conwy has lots of cafes, local breweries, pubs and independent shops, whilst Llandudno has a magnificent promenade, a tramway and cable car leading up to the summit of the Great Orme, also an artificial ski slope and toboggan run! Inland is the National Trust's Bodnant Garden, Bodnant Welsh Food centre and the mountains of Snowdonia.
The garden pond is not fenced so children should be supervised at all times
