Lower Ufford is a favoured rural village. Famed for its medieval church with rare font cover, Ufford also has two excellent pubs, The Ufford Crown gastro-pub and The White Lion, Suffolk community pub of the year 2012 and home to the Uffa Micro-Brewery. There is a well-regarded golf-course and excellent spa also available in Ufford itself. The village is surrounded by a network of footpaths and village heritage trail. The lovely riverside market town of Woodbridge is 3 miles away with its wealth of independent shops, cafes and restaurants and many other tourist attractions. RSPB Minismere is a mere 20 minutes' drive away.
