A really lovely cottage in an excellent village with small shop and pub within five minutes walk. About 12 mins walk to stoney beach. Garden really is beautiful and we had good weather so sat in it for most of the time. The facilities in the cottage are first class and its very comfortable. Very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Really lovely quiet back garden of extremely good size which we enjoyed relaxing in. Backs on to open fields where we saw hares and deer. Good supply of garden furniture. Front garden is full of spring flowers including primroses and narcissus in April.

We have just spent a wonderful week at Appletree Cottage in Weybourne. We were three generations and the house catered for all our needs. It is comfortable, homely and excellently equipped. There is plenty of room to spread around and the garden is beautiful, safe and private. We love North Norfolk and the cottages position on the coastal road meanRead mores that there is easy access to all the delights, from Hunstanton to Cromer! Its a very short hop to Sheringham, Cley, Blakeney, Wells-Next-The-Sea and Holkham. There is a lively, friendly village pub with excellent food, a shop/tearoom and a very posh new hotel with attached restaurant. There are lovely walks from the nearby beach, especially at sunset. The only slight drawback for small children is that the beach is steep and shingled with deep water. I would recommend Sheringham close by for little people with buckets and spades. In short, I cannot recommend this lovely cottage highly enough. Thank you to the owners for making our wonderful holiday possible, Hide

We first stayed at Apple Tree Cottage a few years ago and were delighted to be back. It really feels like a home from home and is very well equipped, spacious, comfortable and in a great location. The garden was superb and space for two families to not be on top of each other. The cottage was bigger than expected and extremely well equipped. It was quiet at night even though in the main road. Its closeness to an excellent pub was a bonus.

Well equipped property, well situated to access a wide range of attracations in North Norfolk. Lovely garden though it would have been good to have loungers for sitting in the garden.
