The property is located in the very prestigious residential Livermead area of Torquay which also makes Paignton very easily and quickly accessible. The accommodation itself has been thoughtfully presented by the owners and is bright, light, modern and very spacious, the bathrooms and kitchen have also been fitted to a very high standard with everything required for modern living. On the ground floor, the living area has plenty of comfortable seating for all guests, Smart TV, DVD player, and the door to the conservatory.

The conservatory is fully furnished with extensive panoramic views across Torbay and the harbour.

Kitchen and dining area is on the ground floor. There's a gas range hob, electric fan oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, large bi-fold doors opening to an upper furnished terrace, dining table and chairs and a door to the conservatory with further access to the upper terrace with fabulous views.

Ground floor:
King size room with en suite. This bedroom has a 5' king size bed with an ensuite bathroom which includes a bath, separate shower, WC, hand basin and beautiful views.
Bedroom with 2 single zip and link beds room which can be set up as a king size bed. (Please advise when booking).
First floor:
King size room. This bedroom has a 5' king size bed with an ensuite bathroom, with a bath, shower, WC and hand basin.
Single bedroom - this room also has amazing views.
Bathrooms
There is a family bathroom on the ground floor with a bath with a wall mounted shower, WC and handbasin. The first and and second bedrooms have ensuites listed above in the bedroom description.
Outside Space
Harbour Lights has a furnished upper terrace leading directly from kitchen and conservatory, stairs to large lower level terrace, small steps to garden and lawn level with additional large furnished decked area, all levels enjoying fabulous views over Torquay and the bay.
Parking
Off road private parking is available for 2 large cars or 3 small/medium cars.
This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
