Flat 24 in Clifton Court has fantastic views of Putsborough Beach from its open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner as well as its balcony – and has the added bonus of a shared indoor swimming pool. Situated between Croyde and Woolacombe, the apartments are on four levels with access to all being on level three with varying number of approach steps. Each have a designated parking space with additional guest parking which is on a first come first served basis and all have individual views of the beach. Number 24 has a spacious living area with a well-positioned dining table making the most of the view with patio doors leading out onto the balcony. The apartment has good quality furniture throughout and feels cosy throughout the year. There are two bedrooms – a king and a twin – which are served by a separate modern bathroom. Outside, a lane at the side of the building leads to the beach which, like the majority of locations along the North Devon coastline, is renowned for its fantastic surfing conditions and has been known to hold waves over 12 feet high! The beach is perfect for advanced surfers looking for punchy powerful waves in addition to beginners looking to try their hand at this exhilarating sport. The seasonal beach café situated just below the car park is more than happy to hire out boards and wetsuits. The nearby villages of Croyde and Georgeham are within a couple of miles and have a choice of shops, pubs and restaurants whilst the larger towns of Woolacombe and Braunton provide a further choice of facilities and are within a 20 minute drive.

I complained via email with no response and attached photos. Photos on line of the property deceptive, dated and dirty. Dirty fridge, with a hair hanging from the shelf. Dirty microwave, floor Dirty I sent photos with my e mail but again no response. Not even a welcome tea bag, I've been to caravans with more of a welcome! Disappointed and annoyed.Read more The location is absolutely stunning, and I feel that because of this the owners have rested on their laurels so to speak. I would not recommend this property or use your company again. Hide

Spacious and clean property in fantastic location. Putsborough is the best beach for miles, and being able to pop down in 5 minutes was a huge bonus. Kids made use of the swimming pool every day too.

Location excellent, floor plan very good. Dcor, furniture and fittings require updating. Apartment clean and tidy.

Clifton court is in a wonderful location with sunset views. Flat 24 is comfortable and well laid out. We appreciated the dishwasher and the washing machine was so useful to wash the constant stream of swimming pool and beach towels! The beach is second to none and the pool is warm and well maintained. We did cook each evening at the apartment as Read moreit is a long walk to the nearest pub. The kitchen is well equipped - we only missed perhaps a veg steamer and a good, large frying pan. Champagne flutes would have made the sunset Prosecco moments on the balcony even more special. This year we included trips to North Devon wake park for their inflatable lake assault course and axe throwing with Norse Hawk near Barnstaple. Our 11&12 year olds loved both. Thanks for another lovely and very relaxing holiday. We hope to be back! Hide
