Porthcothan Bay is just a 10 minute walk down the road and is easily accessed by using the public footpath at the bottom of the lane which takes you nearly all the way to the beach in safety. Porthcothan Bay is a lovely sandy beach backed with sand dunes. For keen walkers Farmlands is within easy reach of coastal footpaths which to the south will take you to the National Trust headland and the famous Bedruthan Steps, and to the north to Trevose Head and Padstow beyond, providing you with some of the most spectacular views around. Whatever activities you pursue, Farmlands will be a pleasure to come back to at the end of a busy day - in the summer months a relaxing evening in the garden or for those cooler evenings cosying up in front of the woodburning stove!

Changeover Day: Friday - arrival - 4:00pm - departure - 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity and gas included in rent; wood burning stove lounge, gas fired hot water, c.h. heated towel rails in bathroom/en suite shower rooms, underfloor heating throughout.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels).
