The house is in a quiet location, perfect for families. Has very basic amenities. Needs some updating in the bathroom. Good value for money.

The home is comfortable but does require some improvements. The electric shower doesn't work but the shower/tap in the bath does. There were no curtains in the living room and the blinds pole had to pushed back in on a number of occasions due to it falling out. The backyard is very secure but if you sit out at night time then take some sort of lighRead moreting with you because the one light above the backdoor doesn't work. Having said that though, the bed was comfortable, the home is extremely spacious and there is a table football aswell as table tennis to play for the kids. The home is situated just outside of the town centre which is literally a 5min drive to get to but is perfect for anybody going to the open air theatre for a show. I would recommend this to people but would definitely make them aware about the shower etc before they booked because for what we paid we feel that the home lacked the little things that make the stay a really pleasant experience. The property is warm and comfortable for this time of year and in a very nice location with easy access to lovely walks especially for doggies. The property has been updated in some areas which are very nice however it is obvious that the walk in shower has been out of use for a whilst which wasn't a problem for us as the bath was low enough to steRead morep into and had a hand held shower but anyone not so mobile could have a problem . Once this is updated the bathroom will be good . We also had a problem when we arrived at the property as the key safe was broken and had to ring a phone no but went to answerphone . We were lucky enough to find where the key had been hidden and I have suggested to the owner future guests are advised by text or a phone call where the key will be if the key safe still hasn't been replaced to ensure guests are not left hanging around ,After a long journey this is not what you need and could easily be avoided. Other than these two problems we enjoyed our stay at 52 Hillcrest Ave Hide

We have previously stayed at this property and not really ever had any issues, though this year we had many from the beginning. To start with the key safe was broke so we could not gain access, a number was left that was not correct and ended up having to ring the office. Once in the property we found the heating was not working and then to add to Read morethat the shower head had been taken off and a hole was in the shower basin. None of this had been reported to Ingrid Flutes and they did everything they could to get things sorted, in the end they relocated us to a much nicer property which helped us enjoy our holiday again. Property was clean and tidy but lacked some kitchen equipment. A shame that the outside seating area was just bare concrete slabs covered in weeds but still worth the money.
